I’ve been going to Neckar for a few years now—first discovered it while walking downtown Boise with my wife. The name caught my attention (yes, the Necker Cube reference), and we walked in on a whim. I ordered my go-to cortado, and it was one of the best I’ve had, ever. Clean, balanced, dialed-in coffee with zero fluff—just skill. My wife’s more into complex drinks, and a barista on staff made something for her that she still talks about. That kind of intuitive, personal service is rare.

What makes Neckar special is the consistency. Doesn’t matter how they brew it, their coffee is always grounded in excellence. It’s not just about caffeine; it’s about craft. ✨Perfect Coffee, Cozy Atmosphere✨

I wanted to find a local coffee shop where the coffee beans were roasted in-house and this place didn’t disappoint! There are beautiful murals on the wall and has such a modern asthetic.

Chill Atmosphere - On a Sunday afternoon it was hard to find a seat. People were meeting friends or doing work. I loved how chill the ambiance was and I felt like I could have stayed there for hours.

Delicious Coffee - I ordered an iced oatmilk latte ($5), and it was the perfect blend of creamy and flavorful. We also ordered a hot chocolate ($4.50), that had a delicious, nutty flavor and it wasn’t too rich. I really appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for non-dairy milk!

Coffee Beans - They we’re almost sold out of their beans, so I’m glad I was able to snag a 12oz bag of their Burundi coffee. The barista said this was her favorite. The bag was $23.

Location - Neckar Coffee Shop is located in a convenient location. It's close to several major roads and street parking is available. It was free for us because we came on a Sunday.
