Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

Dunkin was awesome this morning, my friend Pastor James who preached at our church got together with me on his birthday no less, and treated me out to a snack at Dunkin donuts I enjoyed the conversation and fellowship I had with him as we discussed certain things and we both have one thing in common we love feeding and talkin to the homeless, I was homeless over 4 years so I absolutely get it! We both feed the homeless as we receive Food or can buy food to share with them! I'm glad I got to know him better today and I wish him a happy birthday! Had an awesome time with him as we got to share different subjects! I had a snack and a Coke, and he had a coffee I believe and a cream cheese bagel! And it was his birthday I should have bought him breakfast, but instead he treated me out to this breakfast! That was pretty awesome I glad I got to know him better, he's a great individual friend and preacher as well! So I really enjoyed my time with him and I was grateful for that! I love Dunkin donuts and the perks that are offered but staff need to have better equipment in order to be able to do their job efficiently and effectively. I have to repeat my order several times and even when I do repeat my order several times on the drive thru, sometimes I have to park my car and get out and go inside to have my order redone. It is time consuming and frustrating not only for me but also for the staff eventhough they try their best to correct the problem. The drive thru headphones/headsets are aweful as they contribute to the misunderstanding of taking orders. This establishment would be greater if the manager didn’t employ people with poor customer service skills. The employee in the morning with the big eyes and small head that makes the coffee is childish! She may be the managers wife. For some odd reason she always pronounces my order name incorrectly ( literally 2 letters) and holds the order behind the counter to force an interaction, Very weird behavior!
