My sisters and I came upon Sorelle bakery & Cafe by chance and luck of walking the city. We love trying different cafes and drinks and let me tell you, this place is a gold mine! The atmosphere is so peaceful, friendly and warm. The Barista was very kind and definitely humoured my three sisters and I taste testing each of our four different drinks. Which by the way were all well made and excellently tasty! The coffee was great but my most favorite was the Iced Tumeric Golden Lady. I ordered it on a whim and it ended up being mine and my sisters top favorite that we came back the next day and all ordered one! I also tried the turkey bacon sandwich which was great! Next time you're in Boston, definitely come by and try your next favorite drink! Next time we come back, Mine will be the golden lady!

This place has very little parking but is fully accessible and pretty massive inside! They have Harney & Sons bottled teas (my favorite), Natalie’s juices, waters, pre-made salads and yogurt, grab-and-go chips, and more. They use bagels from Iggies, which, their rolls are phenomenal…the multigrain bagels were the texture of a roll, not a bagel. Good but not what I want in a bagel. The eggs weren’t single eggs, but looked poured from a container, and the avocado is smushed and likely from a jar, not a fresh avocado. I don’t pushed my sandwich had more cheese too, as the slice was super thin. Overall it was not a sandwich I’d get again, but I did like the place itself, and would go back to try other things. It was also affordable. My egg sandwich was $8 ish.

Okay so this place is a gem 💎 of a place there not expensive for their location their portions are generous and most import there sandwiches are really good in the picture is the cubano my wife got I to a bite of it and I down like pickles but it is so well balanced the I did not mind at on and she asked for no cheese and with lettuce and tomatoes there was no extra charge. I got the sorelle club and I have to say this there was so much turkey in it that it made me very happy alot of time when I go to a cafe they only put one or two pieces of meat but here I got a sizeable chunk of turkey on my sandwich it was around like 6 or 8 pieces it made the sandwich very filling. I will definitely be back.

Overview: Tried Sorelle for luch on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived around 11:45 and the restaurant only had one other group of customers. Employees took the order and the sandwhiches were preparred quickly. We decided to eat at an outside table since it was such a nice day. Overall we very much liked our meal and would return without hesitation.

Nitty Gritty: The decor is very stark, it lends itself to making you want to come in, eat, and get out. Not a place you want to hang out with your friends. The layout is confusing as you enter one end but the majority of the menu (sandwhiches) are at the other end of the counter. This means you have to walk the entire length to read the menue. Adding to the confusion is that there are two sets of registers at either end making you wonder where you order and where you wait. On our visit it was empty, but on a busy weekday lunch hour I can see where it would be chaotic.

The sandwhiches were made fresh and were very good. I had a prosciutto, fig, and goat cheese sandwhich and my wife had a portabella, parmasian, onion, and aioli sandwhich both on chiabatta bread. Prices I though were reasonable at $7.95 each.

My one gripe (and it is a very small one) is that I am a believer in the "show" of a business. Meaning, that the customer should simply see the front end and not the inner workings (like going to the theater). When we arrived, an employee was trying to wrestle a large bin of recylcing through the length of the restaurant to a location outside. This should have been done before opening to customers or saved in the back until after hours.

While not at the scale of a destination restaurant, it is a great place to grab a...

I been going to this cafe for the last four weekends on Saturday and I love how the staff treats my children and I. When you walk in you feel like it’s home they have Disney music playing for the children everytime and the barista Tywanda always have my drink ready and my scone warmed with butter. I was having a bad day today and I walked in with my children like always everything done and prepared for me with no complains. But the young lady notice I was upset and pull me over to the side and asked what was wrong. And said no matter what you are going through you will be ok and it will die over in time. That help me with my morning some positivity. And she even made me a smoothie with a smile drawn on the side saying keep a smile on your face because you are beautiful. That is what customer service is!. This the best place to go to when you want great customer services and good food ! I really recommend this place and this location. Thanks Sorelle for...

The cafe looks like a classy cafe, but it’s only seemingly. We had a VERY BAD experience in this Sorelle.

We ordered a hot chocolate with vegetal milk, and a Caramel coffee (we are not perfect English speaker). The « barista » apparently did not understand what we ordered and put in front of us a very strange chocolate liquor from a platic bottle, like a cheap chocolate liquor from groceries with bad sugar as first ingredient.

She served us that (!), and when we asked her why she did not put the vegetal milk inside, she has become very aggressive and answered us that was not we ordered. She was very nasty, then she finally put a lot of cold vegetal milk with furious movement, until the cup has become a cup of cold milk with few bad chocolate liquor

Same "misunderstanding" for the caramel coffee !

We asked for a refund cause it was not drinkable at all, she did not want, and the manager came for refund us.

I definitly do NOT...
