Although my hearts broken, my stomach is full on compassionate Wendys employees. God was at Wendys tonight. I didn't expect three hugs through the drive thru with my 4 for 4, but it made my double stack all the sweeter. Not 17 minutes ago, the love of my life left me after our one week anniversary. We were going to spend a romantic weekend at the bear experience outside of bozeman, but she said "no more daddy." I saw her with her supposed "sugar daddy" at the bar as I needed to drown my sorrows, but nothings sweeter than a chocolate frosty. The only thing that can mend a broken heart, like walking in on this maiden of dishonor (that sounds cooler than b**), is the gooey cheese between the double stack. Her heart is colder than a chocolate frosty. I was informed there was a man named Daniel who works there who is going thru something similar. And to Daniel, I want you to know, I am here for you, just like this 4 for 4 was here for me.

We got when we pulled up to the drive-thrus what can I get you! Say give us just a minute we're looking take about a minute can I help you with something. Can I help you find something. Tell him what we're looking for and He suggests something different. Then we get to the drive-thru window and all we hear from the gentleman is the total that is it not Hi how are you your total is. Customer service is gone out the window at the end my husband said Thank you and the gentleman just closed the window and didn't say anything. We will never be back we will tell others to never go there. It was the older gentleman heavy set scraggly hair working the window that was so...
Read moreI've lived here in Montana my whole life. I've gone to this Wendy's plenty of times over the years. Today I went over RIGHT before the lunch rush.
gal on the speaker was super polite; asked how my day was, genuinely seemed to care.
People on the food line got my food out by the time I had paid and pulled up to the 2nd window. Super quick on their end
2nd window gal gave me my food, was super polite while doing so.
I worked in fast food for years as well, so I can tell when the food line doesn't rotate "dead" food when I go out to eat. Food was obviously fresh, which is especially relevant considering I went there at 11:20 (right before lunch, I was the only car, so fairly slow business = less rotations on food)
Fast, great service. Shout out to the Wendy's crew working at 11:20am on...
