Smelled in foyer upon entry. We smiled, server did not. Mindy rolled her eyes when we said we needed more time. When asked for bread grilled with butter instead of dry toasted, she said she did not guarantee it because it is a Mexican cook and he does not speak much English. Toast was dry on one side. The other side was dry with tons of butter oozing off it. When I shared that it was not grilled but toasted, she became defensive and argued that it was. She said she watched him grill it herself. She then walked away to order more. The omelet had all meat and veggies underneath the scrambled eggs instead of in the middle. The bacon, hashbrowns, and French fries were all undercooked. New grilled bread was brought out. I told the waitress that was perfect, and she still was defensive and said I am not the cook. I thought she would say “good” or “thank you.” (I had not seen the other side of the bread, which was bread still.) She continued, He said he did grill it. So that goes against what she said earlier that she watched him do it. No offers for drink refills. Dropped off the check and said no hurry and left forever. Waitress who checked us out was friendly and smiled. Asked if manager was there. She said yes. His name is Justin. She got him. He was the person who had seated us with the baggy jeans. He now said he grilled all 4 pieces of the toast, so who is telling the truth. He was also defensive and said he has been cooking for 15 years, so I showed him a picture of the back of the “perfect” side of the 2nd try at the grilled toast. It was only bread. He thanked us for coming, and refused to accept that anything was wrong with our food or the service.

Parking is a bit tricky here. It’s on a pretty steep slope as a lot of Branson is on hillsides. When we were there on 12/28/23 there were not many parking spaces. With the parking lot being on a slope I was a bit concerned about getting my car dented up by the vehicle uphill from me. There was a lengthy wait to get a table, and once seated it took a while to get our order. The food was a bit skimpy and looked like it may have been whatever leftovers could be rounded up. I ordered the 9 Grain Pancakes, but it tasted like they gave me cinnamon roll pancakes. For the 1 hour 39 minutes it took us to get in and out, quality of the food, and the price, I would have just made myself something again home or went through a drive through. It could have been short staffed being between Christmas and New Year’s holidays, which is understandable. My daughter loves Denny’s and we’ve eaten at several, but this was not one of the better ones at the time we visited.

It took 30 mins for our togo order that consisted of 1. Country Fried Steak dinner. 2. side of corn ala carte 3. side of zuchinni ala carte 4. strawberry cheese cake Total $25.00 The food was cold, the portions were terribly small. Had to make my way through 3 different employess posted up at the front entrance of the restraunt smoking cigarettes. they smoked away while i stood for at least 10 mins waiting to be helped before i was even acknowledged by the only person in the place who seemed to be interested in working. My simple order took forever. There were intoxicated men walking into the womens restroom to check on his "drunk girlfriend". Not until the last 5 mins did i see the manager. My 17yr old could run this place better than whoever was in charge tonight. This place needs a to be whipped into shape by a person with a better sense of professionalism.

Hello. I have traveled to various Denny’s locations country wide and this location specifically delegated worse service than (Miami Florida) a high tourist trafficked area. I ordered two breakfast meals on DoorDash the food pickup or delivery service app, And the app said our order is ready. My pregnant wife and I drove from our apartment because we are locals here 6 months out of the year, to pick up our order. Upon arriving, I see the place is bouncing but not at max capacity when I stepped inside. I approached the counter and let the cashier/host know I was here to pickup our breakfast order we placed via DoorDash, and the host/cashier said okay let me check on it. She then returned and said it’s going to be about 20 minutes. I was shocked then, but that’s not the best part. After that, the manager of the franchise that was leaning on the host podium very childishly approached me and said are you here for a DoorDash? I answered yes! She stated and I quote verbatim, “you should cancel it” I said excuse me? She said “yeah you should just give it to another driver, otherwise it is going to be about 25 minutes.” I said no no no, I apologize, I am not a driver I am here to pick up the order that I have already paid 44.67 for. After I said that she said “Ohhh okay well it is still going to be about 25 to 30 minutes because we are busy” (remember they are not at max capacity, have half of the seating in the restaurant closed because the incompetent staff through and through were incredibly overwhelmed which is absurd because they were put in those positions to be able to handle a high trafficked tourist area and are completely incapable) and I said to here politely as my confusion, anger and frustration were rising okay I will go grab some coffee and then return to pick up our order. She states “take your time getting your coffee we are going to be a while here” And then I proceeded to leave incredibly confused upset and angry. Approximately 20 mins later I returned from getting coffee, and walked inside and they were bagging my order which again, was two basic meals. And fruit cup, for my pregnant wife.

I have NEVER experienced service this terrible within a dennys countrywide ever, and would genuinely appreciate if here in the year 2024, as developed as we are as a species that these kinds of preventative issues would come to a haunt immediately. I am an operations specialist and if anyone within the Dennys Corporation or As a franchise owner needs any help eliminating these issues countrywide, please comment and contact me immediately. I am more than willing to get your want to be quality service restaurants straight for you. This will cured at store #9546 address is 2335 W hwy 76 Branson MO and the managers name is not on the receipt although it should be on...

First, we waited forever. They seen us but didn't get in any hurry to seat us. There was maybe 3 small groups of people in the entire restaurant.

So we went to the bathroom full of feces, washed our hands and went back out.

Waited.

Sat down and stared at the two women who were handing food to the single waitress.

Waited, watched them laugh and joke amongst themselves while glancing our direction here and there....

FINALLY one comes out and seats us by a family that I'm assuming was grandma, mom, two kids.... hacking their freaking heads off. Not just a little cough, wet HACKING.

We quickly got the menus and silverware and moved ourselves.

Order the t-bone steak dinners. I get a salad with mine. The tomato had thick, VERY VISIBLE MOLD on where the stem would've been. The cucumbers were cut so thick they were inedible, plus they'd been frozen so had that weird slime to them. Think I pulled out more rotted lettuce than I ate. The ranch also had sizable clumps in it, think large curd cottage cheese.

When our meals came, the potatoes had funky dried up crust from sitting out. The steak was...wet? Not cooked juice kinda wet, more like OLD MEAT that's began breaking down, rotting.

Had we not been starving, we would've left.

I asked for a discount, 10% or something.... so instead of doing what she should've done and comping the meals, she gave me the 10%. Can't fault her there, that's what I mentioned.

Fast forward to later that evening. I'm sick. Hadn't ate anywhere but there and some sealed snacks we brought from home.

Up all night sitting in the bathroom.

Next day, can't hardly function because I'm so tired. Couldn't do much unless there was a bathroom near. Stomach was not well or happy.

So I call them, asking for manager. Not available so they took my name and number assuring me they'd call right after they were done with a conference call.

I waited. And waited. 2 hours later, screw it- go about our trip.

Call AGAIN on way home today and got the district manager, Denise.

She knew who I was and called me by name. It's almost 5 pm at that point. Never once did they call ME back.

Assured I would receive a full refund.

That $35 refund doesn't bring back the time lost doing things with my daughter. Or the physical pain endured, worrying if I'll crap myself.

Lots of pills later, it finally subsided.

DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE IT AS YOU WILL, BE SMARTER THAN ME. IF THERE'S NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE DURING SPRING BREAK, THERE'S A VALID REASON!

I do appreciate Denise issuing a refund but man.... it was far more costly with time I'll...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Denny's restaurant recently, and I must say, Lynsi, the manager, truly made my experience extraordinary. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcome.

Lynsi's exceptional leadership skills were evident throughout my visit. They effortlessly managed the restaurant's operations, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Their ability to multitask and handle any situation with grace and poise was truly impressive. It was clear that Lynsi's leadership created a positive and cohesive work environment for the entire team.

Not only was Lynsi an outstanding manager, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had an exceptional dining experience. They took the time to engage with each customer, making them feel valued and appreciated. Lynsi's attention to detail was remarkable, as they ensured that every aspect of the restaurant, from cleanliness to food quality, exceeded expectations.

One aspect that truly stood out was Lynsi's genuine passion for customer satisfaction. They actively sought feedback and genuinely cared about each guest's experience. Whether it was accommodating dietary restrictions or going the extra mile to fulfill special requests, Lynsi consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring that every customer left with a smile on their face.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lynsi, the manager of Denny's restaurant. Their exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. If you're looking for a dining experience that surpasses expectations, I highly recommend visiting Denny's and experiencing the outstanding service provided by...
