Well I have been to many of restaurants where the service was below satisfactory. However this was the first time I was so upset with service I simply walked out and left change to cover the one out of two drinks we ordered. That even then was too much. My wife and I were seated after standing in the lobby for around 10 minutes before the hostess could seat us. Which at the time it was busy so I was understanding. However when we were seated, we were seated in a room with about 5-6 empty tables. And the majority of the restaurant was vacant. So as to why the hostess was absent for so long is beyond me. Once we got seated, a waiter met us at the table to take drink orders. As soon as he left, a photographer shows up to take our picture. No since we just got there it wasn’t to much a bother. However he was going table to table interrupting family’s meals asking to take a picture. Now yes, I understand he was just doing his job and selling his business. However I feel as if the owners did care that he was making families clearly uncomfortable. Now the gentleman ironically enough was the nicest person in that building. When the waiter retuned he just sat the drinks drown and went.... somewhere I guess. He returned after a minute or so. We placed our order. A cinnamon roll, eggs, and bacon. Nothing to special. So after a about 10 minutes pass and my cinnamon roll comes out and he tell us my wife’s order will be out shortly. We sat for 30 minutes without our waiter ever coming back to even check on us. There were families that were seated after us who were already done eating and ready to check out. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you are in Branson, you would be better off just going to a gas station and getting breakfast or waiting that hour to...
Read moreReally amazing cinnamon rolls! These cinnamon rolls were pricey, we paid $47 for half a dozen: half original cinnamon and half specialty which today was caramel apple. Very fresh and good quality, I think the price was a little steep but I would still return.
The service is 3 stars because of 2 reasons:
Both times we’ve come by (once in the night time and once in the morning) behind the counter the employee was politely smiling but not giving much helpful information and they told us they had run out of things. At 9:30 pm it makes sense for them to be out of a lot but they only had 3 orange rolls left total. Now while I understand that, I mean they had a full day of sales, from a costumer service perspective you should never just be OUT of like everything. This morning they were already sold out of ham and cheddar. It was 11am if that, I’m sure she was going to make more but idk, it would make more sense to have them constantly being made and prepped by one person while the other mans the counter, but only one person was working. That’s only reflective of the management.
The menu online is very misleading. It appears as if they have all these options, but really it’s 3 a day. That’s completely fine, but it should be advertised correctly. Daily there is original cinnamon, savory (alternates between sausage and ham and cheese), and a specialty which is a different flavor everyday.
Overall, it was really good rolls but definitely know it’s not going to be a variety or...

Atmosphere: 4/5 Food: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Price: 2/5
The atmosphere here is good. You will be able to see "Grandma" making Cinnamon rolls. I really had fun seeing them. This place is simple, including their chairs and tables. Also there is a live music. You go to the counter and order. We ordered regular rolls and toffee along with coffee. As I mentioned earlier I don't have a sweet tooth my wife does. I ordered toffee especially thinking it will tone down the sweetness, but I was wrong. The toffee was actually a liquid type syrup full of sugar. So, I wife volunteered to exchange. I couldn't finish my regular cinnamon rolls. My wife on the other hand only had 2 bites and she was done with the toffee. Then I offered her my food which even she could not finish it. One staff wanted to know how we were doing, and my answer was simple "It's really really sweet, too sweet for us". He replied, "May be we will remove the sweetness" and walked away. Nothing after that. The price of the cinnamon was okay, but I think they should really think about reducing the price of the coffee, especially how they serve it.
I decided to give 3/5 on service as the owner contacted us. It was nice of...
