My family and I were regulars before attending the most recent NYE event. It was awful, wouldn’t waste your money. Place is completely dead and they charged $50 for VIP seating that was shared. When I gave feedback to the manager he got extremely defensive and argued with me (exactly like he does in the review comments) and told me he “didn’t need my attitude” and stomped away from me. They also offer a “free shot” as a part of the VIP lounge which was insanely misleading as it turned out to be a “cocktail” they served in a half-full plastic shot glass. It didn’t even smell or taste like alcohol. We also bought champagne and they filled the glass up halfway and charged $10. Despite its lackluster environment and high prices we always wanted to support this business but we will never be returning after our terrible experience this year and the awful attitude of management. You need to learn how to take criticism. Photos attached are what this club looks like around 11pm on NYE btw Edit: I've read the response and its hilarious and proves my point completely 😂 get a grip, if anything is manipulative its your advertising this is by far the worst, most expensive, unprofessional, and boring club I've encountered

We popped in for lunch to check out a new (to us) restaurant/venue in Branson. The restaurant space was cute with fun decor and the food was good! We had the soup flight and the club sandwich and both were fresh, with generous serving sizes. The restaurant has a great menu with lots of interesting dishes that aren’t your standard pub-fare. They serve breakfast all day and have a rotating seasonal menu. There weren’t many people inside, which I would chalk up to people not knowing about the place or thinking it’s only a nightclub. It looked like the sports bar on the floor above was still under construction but we would definitely come back to check out the other venues inside!

HIGHLY recommend Hidden Pines Restaurant inside of The Summit in Downtown Branson! Great atmosphere, great service by Kristen, and even better food. I got the Bison Burger and the onion rings, and they were both 10/10! Some of the best I’ve ever had! The owners are the sweetest as well. We will DEFINITELY be coming back again and again!!

11pm on a Friday night, there were maybe 8 people there. They charged us $5 per person... But wait, The 3 of us each ordered 1 drink....it was $76.00. absolutely ridiculous. The group of guys that left before us were definitely bummed and disappointed as well. I mean if you are gonna charge that for the drinks let your customers in for free. It was my daughters 23rd birthday, and we definitely regretted going. (The music was the best part) Part two..... I actually did look you up by the way for a week or two before deciding to come. We were not looking for a karaoke bar in fact we decided not to go to the karaoke bar to go to the nightclub. My review is 100% truthful those gentleman that left before us the group of four or five guys kept talking about how that place sucked we were outside when they passed us by. And I'm telling you we never ordered large buckets that's what was given to us your selection of alcohol was slim. We were not offered an option on smaller or cheaper drinks thank you. And like I said if you had a big event charging a cover if he would be one thing you got nothing going on in there but some music and lights and expensive drinks with very few places for people to sit and then charge people $5 each to get in. As a customer I was just leaving a review that it was a big disappointment. Not what we're expecting when we think of...

Went on my bachelorette party and came to this bar. Paid to get in. I rode the bull at the country bar and got one drink (the bull riding was the only fun part, they were very kind) the bar was completely dead. Maybe 10 people in the Summit as a whole. It took 30 minutes for the bartender to make our party one drink and serve us pre made shots. Went to the next bar (arcade bar) my mom bought a round of 5 drinks which was $60 and the bartender refused to give her a cup of ice water as she was our DD, insisting that she had to purchase a bottle. (This is illegal) we didn’t make a deal out of it, she just paid for it and said okay. We then drank our one drink from there and then left. As we left management came out and the bartenders all walked behind us as if they were escorting us out. We were very calm and collected for the entirety of the time we were there as this was the first place stopped. Needless to say this was quite the disappointment as we drove an hour from our air bnb to go to this place for my bachelorette. As a bartender myself, I am truly bummed about the experience that we had and encourage management to watch the security cameras from Friday 9/12 so they can see how we were treated and how unproblematic we were through...
