During my recent visit to Transylvania Bakery & Cafe, I was delighted by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the exceptional array of baked goods and café selections. Stopped in right before they closed at 6, never been here before, but if we come back to Branson we will def be stopping here for our desert to take back to the hotel. I was sold when I saw they had cannoli. There was only one left when I went and it was awesome, but what really blew my mind was the cake I got, I believe it was called draculas cake or something like that. Berries and Irish cream. Soooo good. And the slices are huge. I’m a truck driver that is used to paying 7-8 bucks at truck stops for a piece of cake the size of a little Debbie snacks so paying 6.99 for a huge piece of homemade amazing cake I was more than happy with. My girl and I both ate just over half the slice and saved the rest for later. She also got a tiramisu piece and was amazing. Best she had she says. They also have a lot of different keto friendly deserts that look good for those doing keto. I felt prices...

Such a shame that the owners of this bakery are, well, to be blunt, hateful. The man was so rude to me today that I don’t believe I’ll be back. Shame. There was another lady in there that heard what he said. I ignored the last bit of his words and walked on outside. Within moments, the lady that witnessed it, was standing beside me saying he’s always mean. “Every time I come in here, he’s always so mean.” She then said, “If they didn’t have good food, I would never come back.” There will come a time, that the word will get out, and people will just stop patronizing them. Their best advertisement has been word of mouth, but that word of mouth can also bring them down, if they...

I can't emphasize this enough, TRY THIS PLACE!!!! I live in Springfield but take weekend trips to Branson from time to time. Without a doubt every time I go to Branson one of my first stops is to Transylvania. The gentleman and his father I believe own and run the place. They are awesome gentleman who are kind, fun and super nice. They've given me a birthday dessert a few times which makes going to them even easier. The desserts are to die for. Everything taste so fresh. You don't get a sugar rush or feel sick to your stomach from eating to much. The baklava is... I can't even use words to describe it. I will always recommend this place to any and everyone!!!!

We went to this bakery to get birthday cake slices for my mom and I since we share a birthday and were visiting from out of town. We loved the German Chocolate cake but especially the Dracula! The Dracula is decadent with fresh berries in it. Very nice to try baked goods from Romanians! Didn't expect that on our visit, so that was really cool. The next morning we needed breakfast so we went back and ordered breakfast croissants with ham and bacon and tbey were delicious! My sister loved the oreo coffee and my mom and I had the nutella lattes and we thought it was one of the best coffees we've had! Definitely give this place a try if you're in Branson!

We went today 08/31 we were visiting Branson for the holiday weekend. First I love the name being a horror fan and loving Dracula (if you know you know). So this was definitely a place I wanted to go. The cannoli being Italian felt like it was from my nanas cookbook! The baklava was so tasty, you could taste the time in it. My favorite was the pistachio and raspberry cake. Definitely think I need to unbutton my pants but by far the BEST bakery and coffee! I had the best chai latte here.
