We are very hopeful for our experience at Fatty’s as it seemed like a family friendly restaurant and we are traveling with a newborn, twin infants and a toddler. When I arrived I told the hostess that we have 5 adults + 4 kids, a newborn in a stroller, and we needed two high chairs for the twins. She said no problem and started working on the table, she seemed confused and kept saying we can do that and then would get distracted. She set up our table but didn’t seat us, finally I asked another hostess if we could just go sit down at it since it was hot she said of course. When my sister arrived with her 6 week old newborn, the same woman I had talked to about needing to have a space for the stroller would not let her bring the stroller in and my sister kept saying it’s a 6 week old baby he can’t go anywhere else. Finally the woman let her pass, but as my sister was walking away the hostess (older woman with a heavy accent) leaned over to her colleague and said “who takes a 6 week old baby to a restaurant” she didn’t think my sister heard but she most definitely did. For a mom postpartum 6 weeks who hasn’t gotten out much and is finally starting to get out of the house this was devastating. We proceeded to eat our meal, which was wonderful and so was our waitress, but we were extremely frustrated with the experience. On the way out I did confront her and asked her to think more about her words and to try to be kinder to people. She wouldn’t even look at me while I was talking she was so all over the place. Overall the food was good but it was a very bad experience due to a very discriminatory comment towards a new mom and her...
Read moreTerrible. We ordered garlic bread, a margarita pizza, The Italian pizza, and some chicken tenders. The garlic bread was the most wack garlic bread I've ever eaten. It was literally a subroll with butter and parsley. You could legit make that at home for a 10% of the price and 10 times more the quality. Both pizzas were absolute rubbish. I don't even think the tomatoes on the margarita pizza were even sliced from how big they were. The same can be said about the garlic. Whole cloves of garlic on the pizza. The garlic slices were as big as the mozzarella. The sauces on both pizzas were flavorless and soupy. I don't even know which one had more taste, the dough, or the sauce. The toppings were just too much, and they just slid off of the pizza. The bottom of the pizza was just flimsy and soggy. My little sister ordered chicken tenders, and they were completely raw. I've never witnessed that raw of pieces of chicken tender in my life. I think the chicken was still moving. 1/10 Gordon Ramsay would be...
Read moreQuick service. Amazing food and staff. Went there twice in our 5 day stay in Breckenridge. Both times we were super happy all around. The lasagna is amazing!!
Owner replied, but It won't allow me to reply to them so updating here. The only thing I would fix is the gratuity issue we had. The first night we went the waitress was just ok, however we were still going to give her a pretty good tip because that's how we are, but she ended up not getting one because the gratuity was added in to our check. The following night we went again and had a different waitress who was absolutely amazing, and she got a pretty big tip from us and the gratuity wasn't included in our check when she brought it. I don't mind tipping well or adding gratuity. But I feel like it does need to be consistent. Made us feel like maybe the first waitress thought we wouldn't tip her well or something which really sucked because we still planned on tipping her better than...
