My friends and I have been coming to Breckenridge for years and we always enjoy dancing at Nappers. I am not sure if there had been some new staff hired in a pinch, or if we caught the two female bartenders on a bad night, but we experienced a side of nappers that we have never seen. The actions of both staff members were more rude than what i would expect from rowdy patrons, let alone people who work in the service industry. They displayed everything from attitude serving drinks to pushing people and intentionally tapping beer bottles to make them overflow. Their lack of professionalism has not only turned away any future business from us, but was also bad enough for us to actively discuss our experience with others visiting. Based on other similar experiences we are reading, i would suggest management take a closer look at their hiring process and customer...
Read moreThe carpaccio was good and well worth the happy hour price, but the staff can ruin the experience. You must be quiet in this establishment because apparantly there's a conversation noise level for this bar. These ppl were not screaming either, just having an excited conversation for maybe a minute. I feel bad they tip pull because the female bartender with long dark pony tail was sweet and seemed to do most of the work. Male bartender with shorter curly black hair is awful. Walks around angry that he's there, tells ppl they're talking to loud and complained to patrons if he had to change a keg that blew. Dude needs a serious attitude adjustment or career change. It's a bar dude lighten up or work at a coffee shop.
Go to motherloaded, they have darts, karaoke, large seating areas, 2 bars and no weird...
Read moreEverything was great except the male bartender. I tipped the woman upon my first drink and had the male for the next two drink. I did not tip him because I was planning on tipping at the end. While trying to order my third he cut me off very rudely and said he “doesn’t work for free” which is ridiculous because he gets paid to work there, a tip is for good service and just pouring one beer doesn’t cut it every time I get one. I was planning on tipping at the end but since he was so rude about it I did not. An attitude like that is unacceptable. If the bar does not pay you to work, don’t work there. You do not deserve an extra 20% of a 8 dollar beer for a 5 second pour. I have never experienced a bartender this rude and will not be returning or recommend this bar...
