They have good sandwiches. The classic roast beef is a little plain so when I get home I'll sometimes put my own cheese or my favourite barbeque sauce (from lucille's) on. The beef n cheddar is good, I'm personally not a fan of the onion bun it uses and I'm also not fond of the sauce that's on it. My personal favourite is the 3 cheese roast beef, which used to be 3 cheese steak but I'm pretty sure they changed it to make more profit on the roast beef vs. the steak. It is, however, still my favourite. It has crunchy onion straws on it and 3 cheeses which I believe are cheddar, swiss, and then some sort of creamy cheese (there's some sort of white cream sauce on the sandwich which I assume to be cheesy in nature). I know I've had the philly before but I honestly can't remember what it was like but I guess I didn't get it again for a reason 🤷♀️. The French dip & swiss is a close second for me. Both the 3 cheese and the French dip come on longer, little baguette looking buns, they're soft and have more body to them than the original buns. Anyways, the French dip itself I'm pretty sure is just normal roast beef topped with swiss, and then it comes with a decent sized little cup of au jus. It's usually just over the right amount of jus, so you'll have plenty for the sandwich with some left over. Off of sandwiches, the very best item on the menu is their curly fries. Best eaten when they're hotter than the gates of hell, they're greasy and oh-so-bad for you but they taste GREAT. The seasoning isn't overly peppered or salted, you get an array of fries, big round curls, tightly wound spirals, arcs of more broken-off fries, little crispy fry nuggets. They're all good. My personal favourite dip for them is mixing their ranch and ketchup. Their house ranch sauce is VERY thick (like, turn the container upside down and it'll stay put kind of thick), so I add the ketchup for a little sweetness and also to thin it out a bit. My dad has previously ordered the loaded curly fries from a coupon, but by the time we got home (after eating fresh hot fries in the car on the way), the various sauces on the loaded fries had made them soggy and they weren't hot and fresh, so unless you're dining-in to eat them ASAP, I would not reccomend ordering (basically, don't get these to-go.). We've also gotten the mozzarella sticks, just to try out. The breading on them is a little peppery and spicy. Not sure if there's any hot spices in it or if it's just spicy from the peppering. Either way, they're decently flavoured and have a good crunch to them. However, and I don't know if this is their standard for them or I just got old sticks or something, but the cheese wasn't all gooey and melty like how I prefer my mozz. sticks. Instead, the texture was more squeaky like a deep fried cheese curd. I didn't dip in the marinara sauce because I'm not a fan of any marinara sauce. On to desserts, I've had one of their cookies before, it was a triple chocolate ghirardelli cookie that was just absolutely divine. I believe the normal policy is to give them to you hot. They're super rich and they melt in your mouth so I wouldn't reccomend eating more than one at a time to avoid tummy aches, but they're the kind of cookies where you'd want to ignore that potential tummy ache and eat 12 of them with a glass of milk. We've also gotten the oreo bites, which were disappointing. The flavour of the dough is underwhelming and barely noticeable, and the cream inside tastes nothing like oreo cream, which was a big...
Read moreOn 5/4 (1 star rating) I tried the market fresh Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Wrap and the Creamy Mediterranean Wraps. I thought these wraps were going to be bigger and more fulfilling, boy was I WRONG! It was like a loose flabby burrito with a bunch of lettuce, tomato and sauce. Hardly any chicken in both wraps. The price was OUTRAGEOUSLY Overpriced for what you get. 7.99 for each wrap when it should be $3.50 at the most! Shoot I could of gone to subway for two foot longs instead for the price at Arby's. Arby's you should reconsider your prices for the Wraps as they are not up to par with the competition. On May 12 I received a of apology letter from Arby's guest support along with 2 complimentary coupons for a full meal. I appreciate you Arby's for apologizing and showing me you care, this is great customer service! I changed rating...
Read moreReceived a email coupon for free sandwich with a purchase. So I ordered the 2 for $6 and the lady said you can't order a promo deal. I said then I'll purchase 1 regular and then I'll get my free sandwich. After I got home I only had 1 sandwich in the bag. I was so hungry and frustrated that I made a complaint to corporate and they sent me 2 complimentary meal gift cards good to use at any Arby's location. I go back to the locaton and the manager got so defensive saying I couldn't use the card at her location but didn't read that the gift card was good at any Arby's, and was still in denial. As much as I love Arby's, I will not be going to this location anymore. The food is good but customer service sucks!! I used the second gift card at another location and had no...
