Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Buena Park

Horrible customer service and always check to see if you get your sauces you paid for!! Gave the driver a good tip and checked to see if there were sauces I ordered and nothing. How do you expect people to eat 2bags of bread sticks without sauces and extra sauces I ordered? This place was great at the beginning but slowly started getting rude and forgetful. Don't even get me started on the leave at my front door option. Facepalm Delivery driver leaves my food not in front of my door but near the entrance of my apartment walkway, where my neighbor came and gave me my pizza. You guys expect us to pay you an arm and a leg for delivery and yet you don't come thru with the "customer satisfaction guaranteed" bullcrap. I'm never ordering from this place. Driving in person is even worse, they had me and my kid wait 45 to an hour for our 1large pizza and 2breadsticks. Lol and they almost forgot my sauce, lied and said it's inside the box. LUCKILY I opened the box and behold, nothing. I think they need the marinara sauce, so don't bother ordering extra and...

Very disappointed:-(...I just ordered from Pizza Hut and received boneless chicken wings. I called the store and they explained to me that I order wrong online(def my fault) but then when I asked if I can pay the difference to get the wings I wanted ,they refused to let me do that . I asked for my money back because by this time I was frustrated and hungry . The delivery guy did come back and gave me my money but now I am just here looking at my husband eat and I still don’t have wings. This is the second time I order wings and the order is wrong (first time not my fault ,second time mine but I asked to pay the difference and give the wings...

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. They never get our orders right. We ask for pan pizza, we get hand tossed. We ask for a garlic buttery blend on our crust and we never get it. Don’t order from this place. This has been an ongoing problem for 2 years now.

[edit] To the person who responded to my review: I already contacted this store and they offered to remake and re-deliver my pizza. The problem isn’t fixing the mistake that already happened- it’s ensuring these kinds of mistakes STOP happening. The fact that this has been an ongoing problem for 2 years is what needs to be brought up...
