BobaHolic — Restaurant in Buena Park

I did not have a great experience at Bobaholic. I ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba along with a coconut frappe. The smoothie was fine, but the frappe was pretty much all coffee. There was only coffee in it with no coconut flavor, which definitely surprised me. I expected a white coconut drink by itself, as I read from the menu a few times. Starbucks will let you know if a frappe has coffee in it or not, which should be standard practice. I let the man behind the counter know this, and he said all the frappes have coffee except for pistachio. There was no differentiation among the flavors to indicate this, but he offered nothing to make this right. That is certainly not customer service that is satisfactory. Their service was really bad. My daughter, wife and I got drink last saturday. One of the girl put stamps on the stamps card and it was full which was 10 stemps collected. The girl said i could can a free drink next time visit. Today I was there to get a free drink, they refused free drink. The owner said it was already redeemed last Satureday. Ordered Honeydew along with 6 other drinks. All the other 6 drinks were ok but this honeydew had a chemical taste. Look at the color in the picture.
