If I could give zero stars..I would. First off....as you walk in..all the tables are dirty. Second off..the young kid at the counter ..looked as if he was in yraing.. by himself...shame on management. He did his job..he was polite and even rang up the order correctly. When I received my order..it had mayo all over it...
I have an allergy to some ingredients in mayo. This is why I specifically asked for no may. The receipt reflected my request.
When I received my meal .I always check just to make sure...and low and behold..there was mayo on there..not much...it looked like the tried to correct it...and wiped it off..but there was enough residue on the tomatoes and lettuce. I returned it . After waiting for a out 10 minutes for some one in the kitchen to acknowledge me...I guess a manager or shift supervisor came out.. addressed the issue..offered to remake it and left. 15 minutes later I received my "corrected order"...the manager deliveries it stating it was mayonnaise free...
My husband and I both saw that even though they did not put mayonnaise on the sandwich...they still cut it with a knife that had mayonnaise on it...causing mayonnaise to be on my sandwich.
I have an allergy to ingredients in mayonnaise!!! We streamed that several times.
Needless to say....we will NEVER BE BACK TO YOUR RESTAURANTS !!! AND I WILL LET Everyone know.
As a manager in food service for more than 25 years..your restaurant needs retraining..managers need to be retrained...
All I can say...is shame on you.

Read moreThey got our order wrong, not once, but twice. My husband ordered the fiesta chicken sandwich, and I ordered a medium ham and cheese original on sourdough. We waited a good while, then our order comes out and it wasn't correct. There was the chicken sandwich sandwich and a roast beef sandwich, which we did not order. I ordered a ham and cheese original on sourdough. So the guy takes the order back to the kitchen. We sit and wait. Here he comes again after a bit, to explain what the sandwiches were. We knew what they were, he'd already told us. We kept the fiesta chicken sandwich, and explained once again, we didn't order a roast beef sandwich, we ordered ham and cheese original. He takes the sandwich back again, and apparently they make me a new sandwich, the one I ordered. By the time I get it, my husband is finished eating, his not very good sandwich already. My sandwich wasn't very good either. Hardly any mustard on it at all, and the lettuce looked very well past it's prime, was turning brown already. The tea was good. The store also wasn't very clean. We won't go to the this one again. A shame, because I love Schlotzsky's!
I said I wouldn't go back to this Schlotzsky's again, but I have been back several times as it's close to my eye doctors office, and I just love Schlotzsky's, always have. I've been back 3 or 4 times since my original review, when I gave them 3 stars at that time. There has never been another problem here since that first time we went. Every time since then, my order has been perfect and delicious each and every time. I'm glad I went back! Staff has always been very nice and polite each...
Read moreI always try and give this location a chance over and over again, however every order I’ve received from here has had items missing or is completely wrong. I used to be a fast food employee so I understand getting something wrong every now and then, but it has been countless times from this location and it’s every time. I always order a southwestern chicken salad. Almost never get the bread that’s supposed to come with it; anytime i’ve ordered a cookie with it or chips with it it’s completely forgotten and not included. I once had to go back in because I recognized the bag felt too light to be a full order and saw half my salad was literally missing. Apparently that day they ran out of the large salad containers and had to use two smaller containers to make up the order but whoever was running forgot to put the other one in. I almost feel like missing items is on purpose at this point to exhaust their customers into never complaining and keeping the money. I used to be so satisfied with the freshness of the food that it’d keep me calm enough to not ever complain about missing items; however even the food quality has gone down significantly. I’m incredibly disappointed and this is the last time I’m giving this place a chance :/ I almost want to apply to work at this place myself to see if it’s even possible to improve the quality of service and food at this location.
