Wendy's — Restaurant in California

Always liked coming here and the food's always been great. Come into town once a week and always grab Wendy's on my way back home. Though lately every time i've ordered i'd always get my burger made incorrectly, I feel like it's possibly a poor translation of my order from the mobile app to the stores kitchen cause everytime I get my burger it seems to always be made incorrectly in the same way everytime. I don't get a receipt when I pick up a mobile order so I'm not sure if that's the case. But there have been one or two times where i've ordered the same thing at in person at the counter and it was made correctly then.

If maybe anyone from the store or company wants to look into it, I order a Pretzel Bacon Pub without Pickles, Onions, or Mustard. But I always receive it with onions still on it and no beer cheese sauce. Somehow it still comes without pickles and mustard which is good but I always get it without the cheese sauce which I want and with onions still on everytime I order through the app.

It's kind of a hastle knowing that I'll have to park after grabbing my food from the window cause I know my burger was probably made wrong. Then I feel really bad going in and asking for a new one while showing them my order on the app. They're always super nice and happy to remake one for me though I still always feel bad and having to always park after going through the drive thru to get a new burger kind just defeats the purpose of going through the drive thu in the...

I went to pick up a mobile order today around 11:40 am. The lady working the front register was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She did not acknowledge my 5 year old trying to show her a game. He is a sociable child. I shined that off as whatever. When she asked me if I wanted a drink carrier I said "yes please". The order was 3 bags and 4 drinks. It was only me and my child. It's a obvious yes to help carry it back to my car. She turned around and said "..of course I did" and was upset to go to the back for a drink carrier. When she said I was good to get the order I had some questions of the order and was just looking for clarification. The app didn't order as a combo and did 1 combo and 1 sandwich by it self. I didn't catch that and was asking about a breakdown. All she did was kept naming the 4 drinks. She turned and looked at the manager and said "manager handle it" and walked away. The manager was great and helped me. I did say to him all I was asking was for clarification and don't understand why she was being rude. I get people have bad days but when in customer service you have to be on point to represent your company. She souldnt be around customers acting like that and should kept in the back or cleaning bathrooms. That experience alone makes me questions going back to the hanford location...

Came to the Wendy's here in Hanford with my husband after he got off work. Ordered myself a 4 for 4 and my husband got his own meal.

The important part...I wanted a plain Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and once we parked to check to see if the order was correct. Not to my surprise...my burger had everything.

Husband got down and walked to drive through and the employee/cashier grabbed the burger...with bare hands, opened it, grabbed a napkin and wiped off the Mayo and removed the tomato and PLACED IT ON A FRESH BUN AND THOUGHT THAT WAS OKAY IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND.

WTF.

My husband looked at her in complete shock and disbelief and was like....are you kidding me?

He asked her to remake it (because who really wants a burger wiped off with a napkin and placed on a "fresh" bun without gloves.)

Then she has the audacity to say, "well I wiped it off and put it on a new bun...you want a fresh burger too?!"

We will be calling Wendy's corporate tomorrow, along with the Health department. Also wanted to mention, her manager, stood there and watched her do this.
