We stayed at the Hard Rock Casino Hotel in Tulsa overall not a great place kind of low energy They have a bar there, but they don't have any stools by the bar. I think it's still a COVID thing believe it or not. And they have like a long line for one bartender. I asked about the spa, the facilities they had. They've removed at COVID and never brought them back, but let me get to the main point and the problem When we got back from being out at night, it was approximately midnight and we arrived back from downtown Tulsa..had had some drinks and had a fun time and we wanted to do some gambling.. so we got out of the Uber and walked up the steps and ‘Kyler”, who's a security guard there with a major power trip problem didn't like the way my friend went up the steps so he said that's it. We're cut off. We have to go right to our room so he literally was one foot away from me following me, making sure that we both got in the elevator escorted us to our rooms. And I kept telling him, this is absolutely absurd. He said he thinks we're intoxicated so we're not allowed to be down in the casino and I said what proof do you have? And he said I just can tell by looking at our eyes and the way your friend walked up the outside steps after exiting the Uber. We hadn't done anything inappropriate, obnoxious, didn't even make a peep. So we went in our room, obviously, I'm pretty upset. Paid a lot of money for the room, went to a concert at the hotel tonight and I'm not gonna be held a prisoner in my own room. I've never seen anything like this so about 10 minutes later, I went down from the to the ground floor to the casino and as I walked towards the casino to do some gambling, there was Kyler again, waiting for me, staring at me. He started threatening me to go right back to my room or he’ll call the police and I’ll go to jail. He said, I'm intoxicated and I've got 30 seconds or I'm going to jail (unbelievable abuse of his power… (Mr. “Important” security guard at the Hard Rock Indian Casino) . Obviously, this guy's got some major problems going on that have nothing to do with me or his job or his guests. So he got in my face and he counted down and he kept looking at his watch.. he said “Welcome to Tulsa. Now get back in your room”.. and then he escorted me to the elevator again.. He got in the elevator with me.. and He creepily followed me all the way to my room. So I called the front desk and I explained to them the situation and they got me his supervisor. They then sent up 2 people to my room to talk to me: Kyler’s supervisor and the food and beverage director ..to interview me to make sure I was OK to go downstairs. After just about a minute, they realized I was fine, and I went downstairs, and I gambled, and I saw Kyler down there, and he wouldn't even look at me, probably embarrassed that his superiors second guessed him and allowed me to escape from my room. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life .. So…in summary: place is a total dump and unless you wanna be living as a prisoner in your own room,never ever stay at this place. I call 2 weeks ahead of time and reserve a room for the night of a certain concert that I had purchased tickets too when I talk to the lab. Eddie I told her that I had the postcard and she said that everything would be fine.Go ahead and bring the postcard in case there are any hiccups.And I had a reservation set. Couple days before the reservation. I call to confirm once more to let them know. We'll be there that day. Still all is good when I get there. 4 PM to Check-in the lady at the front. Then informs me that she does not see the complimentary rooms on my account. So I show her my postcard and it says a weekend and either June or July. She again tells me that there's nothing on there and that I would have to pay for my room. Then I showed her my postcard told her that I talked to a lady several days ato. Make the reservation and I would be fine. To send that, there was a line of people it was getting busy. It was 4 o'clock people are checking in and. She wanted to argue with me about what my postcard said. And then I catch her in 3 lies by saying that for one they're all sold out and I told her well. I have a reservation so unless you booked my reservation with somebody else. I'm got my reservatiand then. She says that I have to call in a certain time limit in order to get my comp drums and I asked her where on this card does it say that she could not tell me that either. So I then? Asked to speak to the supervisor let her know what was going on till I talk. To the lady several weeks ago, there's not supposed to be a problem. That means you'rmanager lady. I wasn't going to do anything about either. Even though I plainly had the updated postcard in my hand and the reservations for that. She told me she could cop the rooms for me for the problem.So I ended up paying eighty nine dollars a night per each night for the rooms. I was already hesitant about coming due to what had happened to us. The last time we went to a concert we had bought concert tickets. We get to the show and we have a lady in our seat. We let the ushers know and the security that the ladies in her seat. They wouldn't do anything about it. So we went over there and asked the lady. Hey you're in our seats. She said she didn't care she wasn't getting to go. We did go to security and the Usher and say that she refuses to get up. And we have nowhere to sit. They informed us that they were not going to argue with the woman, even though we had tickets for those seats. So we were left just kind of standing on the sideline away from our seats for the concert, I was already irritated with that when this came about The unwilling. Ness to look into it and to see that. 5TH HOSTS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER BASED ON PLAY NOT BASED ON THEIR FAVORITISM AND PERSONAL FRIENDSHIPS THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
6TH ATM MACHINES MALFUNCTIONING ON A REGULAR BASIS AND OUT OF PAPER OR INK. UNACCEPTABLE THIS IS AN ONGOING SITUATION. GET ANOTHER 3RD PARTY COMPANY INVOLVED.
