I felt like I should update for anyone who might be visiting or who needs to know this. This Taco Bell is awful straight up. I wish there was a good Mexican restaurant in this town but Bueno is hit and miss too. This Bell 9 out of 10 times has disgusting food. I always order the Mexican pizza and the shell part of the pizza taste like it has been cooked and bathed in grease that has never been changed. Like when you go somewhere and the fried foods have that nasty taste. This is it! I went out on a limb 4 times in the last 4 weeks and I can say they improved on the grease on my pizza last month. I have ordered 2 different times a bowl. I liked the first one but the one last Friday evening was so bad I couldn't even eat it. I wanted to take off the lettuce and cabbage and add beef. I received a bowl with only a spoonful of dried out crunchy rice, a dollop of guacamole, tomato and some hard pieces that looked like hog jawl.. I swear it was ljke these almost translucent hard pieces. I cannot believe that someone would actually serve that. Then my husband got a chalupa that had like 3 hard things that resembled cantina chicken and a ton of lettuce. The chalupa was so hard we were banging it on the counter and it wouldnt even break. We have decided this time we are done. We cannot afford to get sick because of this restaurant. Wish it wasn't like this because we love the bell and its only 2 mins from our home. Maybe they will get someone in there who can handle what needs to be done.
We have lived in Catoosa for 4yrs and this is the worse sorry excuse for a taco bell! They hardly ever have what you order. When they do have it you end up trashing it and say you are never going back..I figured eventually they would change but, havent yet and been 4yrs!! Wish they would get someone in there that knows what to do. Praying for a...
Read moreThis is by far THE WORST Taco Hell I have ever been too…. I first thought that maybe my first visit was just a flop and that the workers were having a bad day… but the second and then the third ended up being the same issues…. Out of the three visits I had only found one young lady that was decently pleasant to talk to…. Other than her every single person I and other customers I witnessed that had an encounter with was rude and acted as to be inconvenienced at any question or request… in the three visits l, I along with a buddy had ordered a few beefy five layer burritos a few grilled cheese burritos and a couple Mexican pizzas….. every burrito in all three visits were pretty much empty of ingredients… they had a smear of beans and cheese with a tiny dab and I mean TINY dab of other ingredients…. They were all basically rolled up tortillas that costs anywhere from 6 to 8 bucks a piece… The Mexican pizzas were like plain tostadas and with each visit it was like pulling teeth to get mild or hot sauces…. With 4 burritos and two Mexican pizzas they allotted us 3. Not even three per person but 3 period… that’s it…. But hey you can purchase more…. I know it’s petty and stupid but I mean it’s just sauce… with the price increase of their food being astronomical you’d think you’d at least get the ingredients that should be in it with the amount of sauces you desire…. The only reason I am leaving a review is because it wasn’t just a fluke unfortunate stop… it was pretty much the exact same outcome three separate times… twice it wasn’t just myself and buddy saying something to the “manager” but other customers were complaining too… I won’t ever go back but I thought you the reader should know what it’s like at...
Read moreThis was THE most aweful experience at this location to date. I’ve been here 2 other times and it wasn’t this bad.
First, upon entering the drive-through for a mobile order, we were told that the tortilla warmer was not an operation. Being that this is Taco Bell, I can’t believe you would have the audacity to stay open or not at least offer to grill any items in Lou of the breakdown.
We received items in our order that we did not even order. The redhead that was working the line was constantly wiping his nose on his T-shirt. The gentlemen at the drive-through looked anything but motivated for customer service.
Upon arriving home, as you can see from the picture of the five layer was actually a four layer and was very sloppily put together. The other picture, the fiesta potatoes, was not even full. The bowl was a quarter empty and it seems there is though they skimmed on the other ingredients. I didn’t take photos of anything the damage was done.
For $23 I could’ve shit in the paper bag and it would’ve tasted better than what we were served. This is unacceptable that this location being next to the hard rock hotel and casino offers this to their patrons both local and abroad. I will suggest any other dining establishment around the area over this one.
For the same price, you can get a lot better service and a lot better...
