Harry & Shan Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Cincinnati

A little late on my review but I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars not for the food or customer service because that was amazing, however me and my two boys went to eat after finishing our concert in downtown Cincinnati upon entering the location everyone seemed joyful to welcome us there. After getting our food and proceeding to eat both my boys and I overheard who i assumed to be the boss rudely speaking to one of his employees. To speak to an employee in front of customers that way made both me an my boys freeze, we continued to finish our food as the waitress came to check on us i could see her frustration. I responded to her silence with your doing an amazing job and then proceeded to tip her. Moral of this is your employees are who help you build your business, the food is beyond amazing...

Stopped by to order some takeout after the Mets/Reds game. We chose this place based on the reviews and how convenient it was on the walk back to the TownePlace Suites from the stadium. Food was top quality & very tasty. The Orange chicken had good size cuts of excellent quality chicken breast with a light coating, vegies, tasty sauce. The Hunan Shrimp was tasty with just the right amount of heat. We also got the pork buns, but will save them for tomorrow- too full! The one drawback to this place is that the entrance is right next to a popular bar and the outdoor bar patrons kind of get in the way of the restaurant door, but they politely moved aside when they realized they were blocking the door. I always have an amazing experience at this restaurant! The ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality, and every dish is packed with flavor. The service is truly outstanding – Harry, in particular, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service you get.
