DON'T USE THE APP TO ORDER HERE!!! NO FOOD AND NO REFUND ONLY RUNAROUND!!! We chose to pick up dinner here solely so my mom could try the fish sandwich. We placed the order through the app and selected the drive thru pickup. We got to the order menu and announced our arrival they said to pull up to the window. At the window we were informed they were out of fish and asked what we wanted instead. As that was our only reason for coming we asked for a refund instead. They told us since we ordered through the app we could only get a refund through the app. I could not find anywhere to request a refund on the app and instead explained the situation in a review of my recent order and selected an option to be contacted about the issue. No response for days so I then filed a complaint on the Wendy's corporate website, this time they responded with platitudes about opportunities to make things right and a promise that the operators of the store on question would contact me soon. Big surprise no one has contacted me after two weeks. They took our money, we received no food and were given the run around instead...

Ordered breakfast in the drive-through. It took about 7 minutes for anyone to come to the window and when Lorena did she had a scowl on her face and was very snippy when asking for the money. I received my food. On my way home I ate about 3-4 fries and took one sip from my orange juice. When I got home to finish my meal the sandwich was wrong. I didn't eat the rest. When I returned, breakfast was over so I requested a refund. Lorena said I had "eaten" the meal and only would give me a partial refund. I feel that a full refund was appropriate considering the little I consumed. Additionally, I didn't get my own order incorrect AND I had expenses (gas/time) when returning. Seven customers in line no one taking orders and all the crew in the back with the supervisor. Then a man came in and asked repeatedly for the code to the restroom. The supervisor and employees completely ignored him. They heard his request as did all the customers in line and they just ignored him. I called it to their attention and they said they responded to him, which was an outright lie. We all saw it. I called out the shift supervisor she avoided my gaze and completely ignored me. I lost my appetite. We walked out and went to Popeyes and got chicken for the family. My family has dined at Wendy's from Hawaii to Sacramento for well over 20 years. I will never step into that particular Wendy's again. The behaviour of that crew towards another human being...
