When staying at the Antler's Hotel, you have two choices for your morning coffee: Starbucks and Humble Coffee. Both are accessible without having to leave the hotel. While Starbucks is the classic standby (I went there myself one morning), I urge you to try Humble Coffee. The space is airy, bright, roomy and absolutely beautiful. Instead of a get-in and get-out vibe, there is a calming and relaxing mood here. The perfect spot to read, get some work done or just decompress. Signature coffee drinks, as well as traditional options, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and a nice selection of Grab N' Go offerings make this a nice alternative to the usual. While my husband had his usual whole milk latte, I asked the gentleman behind the counter to make a recommendation. He did not steer me wrong. I ordered the Poker, which is a blackberry white chocolate latte. AMAZING! So good, I wished I had ordered two! This really is a cute spot with great drinks and friendly service. Do yourself a favor, and give this place a try. It's always nice to support a small business, especially when they turn out to be so awesome.

Our cafe in Pueblo proudly serves Humble Coffee which we purchase wholesale. We brew Rosso drip coffee, white espresso, and regular espresso at our cafe and the beans are not only roasted to perfection every time but also very consistent in taste and performance. Humble is always so wonderful, open, honest, transparent, and helpful to work with. We love their ethical business practices and sustainable business model to eliminate as much waste as possible. We highly recommend Humble not only from one coffee lover to another but also from one business owner to another.

Humble Bee Coffee Roastery: My Downtown Go-To Humble Bee Coffee Roastery in downtown Colorado Springs is an absolute gem! The service is excellent, and their fantastic drinks – especially my perfect cup of white espresso – are unmatched. Don't miss their freshly baked treats like cinnamon rolls and scones. With comfortable seating and great merchandise, it's a wonderful spot to relax or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home. Their excellent latte menu means you won't want to go anywhere else. So glad I rediscovered this place after their north shack closed!

Was a little bit difficult to locate based on Google maps, it shows it’s kind of in the middle of the plaza where the benches are but it is left of the hotel through automatic doors and turn left you’ll see a sign and kinds gotta go thru this pretty vacant shopping plaza.

Otherwise, the staff was nice and service was prompt. Menu was easy to read and they had plenty of options for everyone.

Atmosphere was meh, looks to me like there might be some renovation or rearranging of the shop happening at the moment.

Overall, the coffee was good. The staff was good. There was a bathroom to use and a water fountain to fill up our water bottles before we scurried back...
