As you read the recent bad reviews, believe them. I didn't because we're been there before and had a great experience. Management has changed. Our server was lovely but brand new. Already had a huge section, if you can call it that, on his third day. He had tables from the front patio, all along the wall and on the other side of the bar. I'm not sure how they expected him to stay on top of table strewn across the restaurant like that. I ordered an "entree" beet salad. it came on a regular salad plate and was not entree sized. Luckily my husband's Cobb salad was huge. We ordered salads thinking they'd be a little quicker. We waited about 45 minutes. At one point we been there so long the server though we were waiting for our bill so he brought it, but we hadn't even eaten yet! We won't be back unless we read about a significant management change.

This place has skyrocketed since it's been the Ritz! These have got to be the best wings in town. 12 for $14 is absolutely worth it. We got buffalo and they we're "fall off the bone" good. The side of ranch could be bigger, you need two sides for 12 (personally). The craft beer selection is bigger than I expected! Every end of the beer spectrum is represented beautifully here. Our server Pete was well educated on the menu and was able to recommend really tasty beers and wines that we haven't tried before and had no probably switching out a beer that we didn't like for one we really enjoyed. The atmosphere is more classy and calming than before. Everything from quieter music to fresh flowers on the table. The Ritz used to give me a college frat boy vibe where this is much more mature, relaxed and pleasant. Please keep up the good work!!

Colorado Craft is a fantastic example of exactly what downtown Colorado Springs needs to continue to progress and stay relevant. The space has received a much needed renovation to give it a clean and contemporary look. There is a fantastic bar area that provides you with your desired alcoholic beverage to include, you guessed it, Colorado craft beers. As someone who is familiar with many of the Colorado beers, it was great to see a few of my favorites from Colorado Springs on their menu. The service was amazing. The hostess, server, manager, and even the employee who poured and brought us our drinks all acknowledged us with smiles and impeccable customer service. The food we had was great as well. The pictures I've provided show their menu as well as what we ordered: Cuban sandwich and chicken sandwich.

My husband and family loved CC at one point, but the service tonight was Terrible!! The place wasn't packed to the point of not being able to manage, but it was decently busy. We started outside on the patio until it began raining. Our drinks were very slow to arrive to our table, once they did we were told 30 minutes minimum before we would get our food. We ordered, nothing out of the ordinary considering it was a lighter then normal menu for the night. 30 minutes later we recieved our food. My husband's burger was missing the sauce it was suppose to have and our nachos came crammed in a paper boat, with barely any toppings. We asked twice for side plates and waited 5 minutes for them, while our food cooled off to room temp, ugh! Our server of whom we barley saw, managed to ask my husband if he wanted another beer, when he declined he wasn't even offered another beverage or a glass of water, nor were our glasses refilled the entire time we were dining. My husband ate his cold burger with nothing to drink and we couldn't hardly find our server to ask for our check, let alone for anything else. Jennie (a manager) did make her way through the dining area and stopped by our table, when we expressed our displeasure with our experience and showed her the burger she didnt even offer any kind of corrective action, nor did she even notice the lack of water/beverages at our table. Definitely not worth the $50 check. I'm not one whom really likes to complain but this service was lacking on so many levels, and being that I've been in the industry for many years I try to be a little more patient then most. My family won't recommend Colorado...

I am sad to say we were a bit disappointed with Colorado Craft. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 24th anniversary and thought this would be fun to finally go out with Covid restrictions loosening up.

I would like to start by saying the craft burger was fantastic. Just a great tasting, solid burger and great fries. Unfortunately that was the only good thing I have to report.

When we were seated, we could not understand the gentleman who seated us as he was talking as he walked away. We finally realized we had to use the QR code on the table for the menu. Our server who was also the bartender was obviously overworked and was the most helpful, but that's not an issue considering the circumstances. However, once the food was brought out, no one ever checked if we needed more drinks, if we needed condiments of any kind, if the food was prepared right, or just checking if everything was ok. It was rather discouraging to be treated like we were teenagers and not worth anyone's time, but rather more of an inconvenience.

I am just disappointed that it really disrupted my wife's mood. Covid has been very disruptive to everyone and we just wanted to have a simple meal out instead of picking it up. Needless to say this did not suffice. During this time it's hard for businesses to stay alive so I would NOT discourage anyone from going to eat here...the food was great. Maybe we just went on...

Great location, great atmosphere, and usually good service; however, we decided to stop by mid-afternoon on Sunday, August 14, around 2:30 pm. We sat at a table by the hostess and informed her we were waiting for a couple more people (four of us). First, my husband and I sat there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. I had to go up to the bartender and ask for some water. The same lady who sat us gave us water and walked away. Again, no acknowledgment. Our friends arrived shortly after, and a total of 30 minutes went by, and we still haven't been acknowledged or helped. The lady who sat us served us water, and the bartender saw us, but still no acknowledgment or service.

It wasn't busy, and maybe they were short staff, but there is no excuse for zero acknowledgment or communication. It could have been as simple as communicating that it was going to be a wait to be served, but it was interesting to see them check in on those around us. (I'm not being picky as I understand that everyone is short staffed).

I'm not sure what happened. My husband and I were both friendly when we walked in, so I'm not sure why we weren't helped or waited 30 minutes. We ended up leaving because waiting 30 minutes for (even just water) was unacceptable.

The two previous times we have gone were great; however, yesterday was not a great experience. We will not be returning...
