To whoever came up with this restaurant concept, thank you! This will easily be one of the most successful businesses in the springs if you continue to build on this foundation. The location and design are truly some of the best I've seen in awhile. The Garden is essentially a beer/bar hall with different food trucks on site to help feed you. We had a little of a confusing trip though but totally understandable with it being a new business as they're working out the kinks. There was miscommunication about how to the order and whether or not we need our IDs out on the table the entire time. Staff was very helpful with making sure everything worked out in the end. When we went there, about 25% of the beers were unavailable but I don't see this being an issue going forward. Since a lot of the beer I liked was out, I got a rye tai which is a refreshing twist on a classic mai tai. We were also impressed with the food trucks. It sounds like Lush will be the food truck always on site and the other will be on a weekly rotating schedule. It would be crazy to see if they could find a way to shut down some of or one of the side streets next to the building and have a mini food truck festival with some live music. Truly a magical experience and I hope to see this place thrive. Cheers!

The food was excellent the decorations were nice except outside was not a fan of parts of the table shaded because the outdoor coverings did not cover all. I would rate this higher but part of the service was disorganized. My friend had ordered more food and waited an uncomfortable amount of time to get it (an hour). Eventually she did get the food from the food truck owner themselves with an apology. Here is the even worse part the paying process is awful. When me and my friend wanted to leave we thought we had paid though the app by it taking our card numbers and other information but it had not. We had to spend a good 30 minutes to pay. I don't know if we were the only ones having this issue but going back to the old method of taking orders and not this new one with the app would benefit you as I know you are a new business.

We went for a celebration and the restaurant was half empty so we thought we had gotten lucky. What we experienced was slow service where we had to continuously flag down staff. They immediately ran out of pork after the first two orders of loaded fries, they still brought them all with bacon without telling us they ran out prior to the two orders we made. They then ended up missing a fry then bringing it out after everyone was finished. We said we were good without it, but they left it anyway and then charged us for it! They then ran out of tacos. Then they cancelled our last food order for the whole table because they ran out of most of it and closed the food service. We didn't let it spoil our evening but it was clear, as one of my friends pointed out, that the operation was completely disorganized. To top it all off they gave us digital checks with a default 25% gratuity! A majority of us are and have been restaurant servers and it was appalling even at a good restaurant to be that greedy. To deliver such a poor experience and think you can expect a gratuity 1/4 of the check size! I write this because there are a lot of great upcoming restaurants in Colorado Springs. This is not...

Nice atmosphere and open concept. Staff was very friendly, but service was.....ROUGH. Came into to order drinks with my party and bar tenders immediately advised please scan the top to order. Okay fine, but maybe not immediately force the customer to sign up through a system to order. Waited about an hour to get 3 chicken tacos that multiple staff couldn't find or figure out where they were (fyi I was the only one to order food). When I got the tacos, they had clearly been sitting as they were cold to the touch. On my way out, I stopped to chat and then staff came up to me with random orders of chicken tacos asking if these were mine or they found them( Noticed multiple tables getting multiple orders of items of theirs or someone else's food ). If your coming be prepared for long wait times, and to figure out your own ordering. This place has awesome potential to do well (and I sincerely hope it does) but they absolutely positively, HAVE to get a handle on service/staff training and serving different kinds of customers. I wish them luck, but I dont know if...
