This review is for my experience on 11/2/23 at 2:30 pm with the manager in the drive through named Ray. I ordered my food using the official Arby's app and headed to the store. When I got there I went through the drive through and gave my name (just like I have done at any other fast food restaurant who has their own app for ordering). Ray the Manager was working the drive through and was really confused about an online order and said they didn't have it. I checked the app and it was confirmed at the Hilliard Rome store, the money had been charged to my bank account and I had a confirmation email. Ray said "I'm not sure what to tell you" and I said I can pull forward to the window to show him the app confirmation and that I was charged and he said "I don't know how the app works you can pull to the window if you want I guess" When I got to the window I showed him all of the confirmation items I had and he said again it was a 3rd party app (I said this is the official Arby's app from your company) and he said to hit in the app "have a question" I showed him when I do that it brings up the store's phone number and he said "you can call it if you want" I said "is this not your store phone number? why would I call this number when I am talking to the manager right now at the window?" I then told him we have to find a solution and I can't be the only customer that has had an issue like this before and what is their training/solution when this happens. Ray the MANAGER still had no answer besides I'm not sure then he walked away from me and called someone. After waiting 2-3 more minuets in the drive through he said they did have my order. Overall, I understand things can be delayed or glitch but the Manager should have a solution based mentality and say something like "ok when these things happen it usually takes a few minuets pull forward or come in and we will see if the order comes through and if not you should call xyz or do xyz." To treat the customer as the problem and offer no solutions for a purchase made is wild to me. Ray the Manager needs to be more informed so he can also arm his employees with solutions when these things happen as well. I'm sending this feedback to...
Read moreCan't even express how bad my family's almost $30 order was. Can't even eat. Disgusting. Everything was wrong.
I leave a lot of reviews and rarely get upset. These people are making the food that goes into your mouth, after all. Not to mention, I have a lot of respect for service workers and people make mistakes sometimes. This is beyond; way too many mistakes and ridiculousness this time around.
First of all, the person didn't take our order right because they were in too big of a hurry. (window times and all...blah blah blah, whatever) It's not like we sat there for more than 2 minutes altogether, from start to finish. We paid more money at the window to fix the mistakes that were made by the order taker mistakes getting upset . Then, we get home and I go to take a bite of my sandwich and...
THE MEAT IS AS HARD AS A ROCK! It was the leftover, bottom rind part of the meat on the slicer!! Hard and dry skin end of the meat off the slicer! (FYI: I have worked at a deli in my lifetime and you don't give customers the outside end piece! Sick!)
We said curly fries with a side of cheese sauce, got cheese sticks. Said large shake, got a small. They fries we did get with one of the meals wasn't cooked completely, like biting into a raw potato. But hey, who am I to complain when MY HUSBAND GOT A BUN WITH A PIECE OF CARDBOARD IN THE MIDDLE OF IT a couple years ago from this very same place! No lie. A sandwich bun, the longer ones for the French Dip sub sandwiches, with a piece of cardboard down the middle!! I was hoping this place had changed but screw me twice, shame on me right? It's probably our fault for going there when they didn't feel like working. Our...
Read moreThis Arby's lacks food prep. What you get doesn't come close to the sandwiches advertised. Though they are Professional, and their food is always hot, they don't prepare it with any kind of pride. Every time I order the Mac n cheese bites they are always burnt. The sandwiches are thrown together with barely any sauce or meat making them seriously lacking and leave you feeling ripped off for the price they charge. As shown in the picture I posted, you can't even see the cheese or sauce and the meat is barely there and smashed into the bread. I'm also tired of someone asking me to donate money every time I go there. It's bad enough I paid $8 for a fast food sandwich that's made with half the ingredients, but then you ask for extra money on top of it. I already donate to my own own charity, I'm tired of being...
