Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

July/2/2019 they didn’t put tomatoes on my taco supreme combo and put barely any sour cream on the tacos and all to one side. 7 dollars for 3 really really small , unfilled tacos. They were also out of frozen baha blast but didn’t tell people until making them wait at the speaker for close to 5 to 8 minutes after saying “we will be right with you.” I didn’t want to order it but I saw the people in front of me sit in line for close to 15 mins just to have to leave.

Feb 2019 Ordered a # 4 and was extremely polite the entire time. They gave me regular tacos when they were supposed to be supreme. I ordered the new chicken enchilada burrito and they didn’t put sour cream in that either. The guy working the line really didn’t like how polite I was to them so decided I didn’t deserve sour cream at all with my food tonight. Make sure you are not polite when you go here, or else they will “give you what you deserve”. I guess they think being polite means you have a good life or something and they have to punish you. I’ve had my order messed up multiple times here and nothing ever changes. Called in to complain tonight and the guy on the phone was at least professional. One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The first time I went here the food was not made well. However, I gave them a couple more shots just in case that was a one time event. They have disappointed every time.

1.) They frequently “forget” to apply the discount for drinks during happier hour so I had to correct them every time.

2.) Food is generally just poorly made.

3.) Freezes are only 3/4 full and a poor consistency. It’s hard to describe exactly what’s wrong with them but like the ice in it is weird. It’s like the opposite of too melty. Too frozen? Idk

4.) Cant assemble a burrito properly to save their life. Always under-filled (see photo). They also always have issues with ingredient placement. For example, the last burrito I got had all of the sour cream on one side and all of the meat on the other.

5.) Always messing up changes to menu items. I asked for extra fiesta strips in my burrito since I’ve noticed that all Taco Bell’s have been skimping on those recently, but, like usual, my burrito only had a couple fiesta strips in it. And they were all on the one end! The last time I ordered here, I asked them go add rice and they forgot. They didn’t forget to charge me extra though!

This Taco Bell has horrific maintenance, horrible manager rude staff and I went in with my friends and we normally would we ordered our food but one of my friends didn’t and he ordered before us my friend Jesus a.k.a. Ochocho didn’t get his food and he ordered before me and my other friends and we got our food before him my friend went to ask about his food and the manager that was there was disrespectful she gave him his money back but he wanted food and we thought since they took like 30 minutes not getting his food while he had ordered we thought they were gonna give it to him for free but no we went back in line to ask if he was getting his food and the manager was yelling at us saying that my friend isn’t getting his food and my friend said he would pay again but the lady yelled again and we got out because we didn’t want problems I hope that Taco Bell staff gets fixed because I’m not going to that trash anymore I didn’t go in to get yelled at this lady was being a straight ass for no reason and then toothless wonder wanted to give us our food but the manager didn’t so I hope this trash staff can get fixed In a hurry this is the worst food place I’ve ever been in and it was my first time in that Taco Bell and definitely my last time #stopthiscruelty...
