I was just ordering an icee. There was one customer and 2 employees when I came in. The customer was getting two 6 inch subs and it took the female employee way too long to make the first 6 inch. The male employee decided it was more important to put cheese on the bread of all bread trays instead of helping the customer in line. I was thinking about ordering a sub, but quickly changed my mind when I saw how long it took these emplyees to do the simplistic tasks. I've worked at 2 different subways so I let the male employee know that he is supposed to help the customer before any other tasks. He apologized, but really, it's the managers fault for not training the employees properly. They were slow as slugs. I've cleared lines going out the door on my own in the time it took the female to make two 6 inch subs. Neither indian employee spoke English very well. The subway in the Walmart on Hilliard Rome Rd. has all Indian employees and they have good speed and know the customer comes first. I watched the person that made the sandwiches make 5 sandwiches before they made my own and all where made with a generous amount of meat and toppings at no additional charge. When it came to making my sandwich, they skimmed on my meat. When I asked why, I was told the spoons were different. Then I said not the utensil used to give it but rather than the portion size was so little. I was told that the meat was different. So I asked if chicken is more expensive than steak as I was getting chicken. Got no response from the worker. So I said I guess it’s because the people you served were different. Again, no response. So DoorDash connected me with them so I could tell them what happened. I was met with hostility. They then hung up on me. Hoping it was simply a mistake I called them back and they lady wanted to yell at me, tell me they were not going to remake it , and that I was lying. I let them know since I’m at work there are cameras to prove I’m not lying. I just want my money refunded. They hung up on me again.
