To all my patrons and longtime customers. In this very trying time over the past year, we have done our best to follow all guidelines set in place to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and our customers.
we have had regular Health Department visits over the past year, and have passed all with flying colors, which is a main reason we were never shut down when many places were.
I understand that sometimes people are having a bad day and want to vent. The poor reviews over the past year up until recently, are 99% from disgruntled customers that seem to have rated every business poorly.
The reason I am addressing this is because as our world changes, so will peoples lives and sometimes misery loves company.
There has been a plethora of longtime customers, that have stood by our side, and have reviewed and rated us what we deserve in between all these negative remarks.
In respect to the negative remarks, I had fired my longtime GM of 3 years at the start of the pandemic. He was the cause of many issues here.
All that I ask is that for those that choose to judge a store by the reviews, please look at all the reviews, good and bad, and really think if its good review or just someone having a bad day.
We all are not perfect, but we try to be. We appreciate all your patronage, and helping us stay open during this awful time in the world. I hope my sentiments reach those that have had a bad experience and look to let us regain your faith in Cottage Inn Commerce..

They have revamped, and gotten rid of the employees that alot of of customers seemed to have an issue with. Enough was enough after having multiple complaints about the poor customer service and constant negativity that was portrayed at this location for so long. We hope that you will take this into consideration and try this location again. **As an update on this location, we have spent the past few months revamping this store and focusing on what needed to be fixed. Our delivery times are that of 30 minutes regularly and have replaced all team members not willing to adhere to the direction this location needed to go in regards to operations and customer service.
There are multiple reviews from people that used to be long time customers and hope that them and everyone else will give us another shot to show exactly how Cottage Inn Pizza should be the go to pizza place everytime! The added incentive still is in effect and I will gladly now make it 20% off to anyone that calls and orders and mentions the “Review on Google” discount.

No complaints about the food but why do you go so far as to have people that request "contact-less delivery" actually add it to the cart as an item but then every time - the driver knocks and calls multiple times anyway? I appreciate that they probably want you to know your food is there, but if I choose no contact, then I'm not expecting to have to come to the door. Then the dog is barking and my phone is ringing (and tonight specifically my hands are covered in soap because I'm doing dishes) so it's a little annoying - especially when the driver leaves you a voice-mail with the tone that HE'S annoyed that you didn't come to the door.
