Topupburgers — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

I am very very unhappy. We ordered theu Door Dash. I TRIPLE CHECKED WHAT I PRESSED IN THE BOXES. My burger came with nothing I wanted except the cheese. It was a double burger I wanted a single. AND NONE OF MY TOPPINGS OR SAUCES CAME ON IT. When I called they told me that I chose what they sent me. WHEN I KNOW I DIDNT. I TRIPLE CHECKED WHAT I CHOSE. I told them I was VERY UPSET. THE GUY DID NOT OFFER TO FIX IT. I WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN BECUASE OF THAT. THIS FOOD WAS SO EXPENSIVE. INFLATION IS SUPER HIGH. What ever happened to good customer service? I should have screenshot what I chose. I triple checked it. At the very bottom of the choices you can choose "no tomato..no onion..etc" I didnt choose any of l those. I got NOTHING I wanted and paid a hefty price tag. Extremely disappointed in the customer service not offering to fix it. When my fiance//family and I like somewhere we are very loyal customers. This place will not have loyal customers doing business this way. I already paid a ton extra to get the food plus door dash ups the prices. But doordash didnt make the food. The workers did. I know what I checked..and regardless of what their screens said they should have offered to fix it. I would have gladly given them their burger back for the CORRECT ONE! Now I have nothing else to eat for dinner. We spent close to 20$ per person at least and this is the thanks we get for being customers at their place. I am bringing their burger back to them tomorrow and talking...

Visited yesterday evening. The young man taking our order was so nice and welcoming. Placed order, it comes up in about 10 minutes. 2 burgers with toppings, French fries, and onion rings. The burger was excellent! Juicy, very tasty, and big. My husband got bacon and I could see it sticking out from all sides of the burger. They have their special sauce (others to choose from) which is on top, under the broiche bun. I am a saucy person, so the amount of sauce was very pleasing to me. My husband loved it, but wants it on the side next order. My burger was juicy enough to keep wiping my hands, but the burger stayed completely intact until the last bite. Fries were excellent as were the onion rings which are battered. We've been to most good burger sites in FH, West Bloomfield and Royal Oak. TopUp was such a nice surprise from the usual.
