I ordered an Uber Eats order and when I arrived I wasn't sure where to go. I noticed a rack beside the counter with a sign that said "pick up delisiousness..." so I went that way but hesitated as it was slightly behind the counter. That's when the cashier VERY rudely told me I couldn't get it myself and then VERY rudely indicated that I could not wait where I was and pointed beyond the line and told me I could wait there. When no one else was in her line she said "next" and wouldn't look at me. I walked up and she said "name?" I told her my name and she said she needed to confirm on my phone. I opened the app and slid the the slider over to indicate I was picking up my order. She said nothing for what felt like and eternity and I asked if we were good and she very rudely told me she needed to see my name. I attempted to bring it up but it would not display. I informed her of this and told her I could provide the unique order number which I could see was also displayed on my receipt on the side of my bag. I showed her the screen that displayed my order and time ordered as well. She very rudely told me I was not getting anything if I didn't show the name at which point I requested a manager. When she walked away, a helpful coworker asked if they could help. I briefly explained the issue and he went to check the order number but she yelled at him, very rudely, not to touch the food. The manager (possibly a shift lead) came over and I explained things to her. She seemed uncomfortable like she did not agree with the cashier but was afraid to address her attitude, so she very distantly communicated with me. Finally, after verifying the order number she gave me my food and did not say much of anything. Then I left and made it down the road a bit and realized there were no family fries as I had ordered. I returned to get those and planned to share the full experience with the manager but she wouldn't look at me and I was wanting to get the food home to my family. Overall this was just a terrible experience. I encourage management/owner to review the video of this experience. I arrived at roughly 6:00 the evening of...
Read moreIt's overpriced fast food with rude drive thru service. Where do they scrape these employees up from? It's not fast tho. I waited 30 mins in drive thru for a single burger. JUST a burger, no combo, no drink, nothing else, a burger! I was the first car waiting and it got busy behind me over time, yet my order wasn't brought out until they brought out the other cars' orders, so my burger had been sitting! When I mentioned my wait time for just a burger the employee yelled as she's walking back inside to "just call tomorrow and let a manager know". Is there not a manager on duty at 730pm right now? So you just pass any accountability off to the next shift? I have tried indoor service before as well and it looked like too many employees with half just standing around to hand me random bags of my order. No one but myself trying to make sure it was all there. I was still waiting for drinks and desserts and had to specifically flag an employee about it...watch them ask the 'bev maker' who looked up at the screen to see she had orders to fill. If your employees are efficient, then you dont need more on the clock just filling...
Read moreThe employees that worked last night around 8:30 pm have no care about the quality of food they deliver. It’s clear that the staff did not want to be there and that was evident by my thoroughly burnt hamburgers. The young man that took our order (wearing a red wing tshirt, not in uniform or wearing anything Culver’s branded, no name tag) rushed us with our order and barely listened. We had to keep saying the order over and over. Then, unusually, we waited 25 minutes to get our order. My family and I finally got our food to go. We get home and all of our burgers were burnt to a crisp. Inedible. My husband and son were very upset because we wasted our money and time at your location being subjected to employees who don’t value what you are trying to do with this franchise. After eating one bite, my husband became ill, with what we assume is food poisoning. So not only did we spend $50, waited 25 minutes, received low quality food, my husband was ill all night. This is highly unprofessional and I will not be recommending this location to any family or friends. We will continue to patronize the Madison...
