Wendy's — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

We made dinner and it didn't serve as much as we hoped for. Submitted a mobile order just before closing and made it there with time to spare. Had to basically repeat my whole order because they acted like they had no clue. I handed the food to my 10 yr old daughter in the back seat and asked her if there were 3 fries, 3 nuggets, and 4 burgers. My daughter didn't see the fries and thought we were 2 fries short. I told them we were missing part of my order and this short Mexican lady with glasses started getting all rude and nasty with us like we were trying to steal or calling her a liar. My daughter suddenly found them and apologized repeatedly to which this lady says "yeah that's what i thought" with a nasty tone to my daughter and added "i put them in there myself". This is unacceptable, i don't know who this miserable lady thinks she is but if i was there by myself it would have gone very differently. Anyhow i didn't get a receipt, i ordered bacon doublestacks and only got junior cheeseburgers which i didn't notice until i got home. I can't believe that lady disrespected my child as she was apologizing repeatedly and THEY STILL MADE MISTAKES. I've gotten salads from them that have tasted like they sprayed some cleaning chemicals on them and wasn't nearly as upset as i am now. Uppity rude self righteous jerk. I imagine she was the manager but I'm hoping that the owner sees this and contacts me please. We weren't rude, disrespectful nor holding up the line and it was completely uncalled for, there's no reason to be that nasty to a ten year old who happened to not see the food and treat her like some kind of liar or thieve. This Wendy's is absolutely one of the worst ever!!! I typically have patience, as I work in customer service, but my family and I have been here numerous of times and it never fails, they ask us to pull forward and then take 15-20 minutes to bring out our order. This last visit was the worst of all, the order was simple 2-nuggests and 3-jr. bacon cheeseburgers, there were no drinks, no fries nothing complicated, they ask us to once again pull forward and I wait almost 10 minutes watching numerous cars in the drive thru pass by us, I decided to go in and wait for my order and in no surprise to me, they were not even getting our order together. Finally after getting ready and about to head outside with it I asked if that was the order for the drive thru and she said yes, I looked in the bags, and the order was wrong, so I proceeded to give them what was not ours and explain that every time we are here it never fails to be such a disaster. The gentleman behind the counter (I'm assuming manager) was extremely rude, told me "okay then don't come back to this store!" I was shocked just because working in the restaurant business my management would never say such things! I then replied with wanting their area directors name, and the company to contact (which they always have on hand!) And he gives me a receipt with a 1-800 survey number! Wendy’s is hands down one of the best fast food spots around! Their burgers taste fresher and more real than other places like McDonald’s. You can actually tell their beef is never frozen—it’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The difference in quality is huge, and you can taste it in every bite.
