Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Conyers

Its great ice cream but i went there about a week ago with my mom cause it was a very hot day and we wanted to get an ice cream, so there was 1 customer in front of us and the girl working that day took forever.. she was making the other customer's order taking her precious time talking to her co-worker i was standing at the window, she didn't even say hi even though she saw us didn't tell me in like how long she was gonna help me after 10 mns of just standing there waiting to see if she was gonna come to me and ask me what i wanted i asked her nicely if she was almost ready with the first customer's order she looked at me and said to me (in a very rude way) " excuse me, i am still working on my other customer's order" so i told her i just told her i was asking because she hasn't even even said hi or said give me a minute or anything and we been standing there for like 10 mns and still haven't put my order in and she was just trying to clean her shirt at this point she wasn't even making anything just talking to her co-worker so i told my mom i wasn't going to buy anything from there. My mom really wanted to get an icecream but because of that we didn't. So the guy behind us had to stand there in life for God knows how long after we left .. really bad experience that day.. it was friday the 6th super slow.. super rude on the girl...

First of all this rating has nothing to do with my emotions, bottom line up front, service is below standards, the attendant took the order and made someone else's order who was behind me and my wife. I waited patiently and watched a male attempting to scoop vanilla ice cream from the bucket with little to no success. He went to another cooler and was able to scoop the ice cream but with much difficult. He had vanilla ice cream all over his hand with no gloves, or no hat or hair net. None of the attendants wore gloves, hats, or hairnet, all were too glamorous for the health best business practices, which I rated as unsatisfactory. Once we received the ice cream and tasted it, YUK! The ice cream taste very bland as it was diabetic ice cream. We ended up throwing it away and was very displeased, especially $12.00 + dollars we could have donated it to the homeless. The Conyers Brewsters was the go to place for great service and excellent ice cream, NOT Anymore! Don't waste your time by giving them money they do not deserve. I prefer putting the review here verses going to the Conyers Health Department and file a formal complaint. I hope Brewsters Ice cream get it together, as for now please don't waste your time and energy, protect it...

The icecream was good and the service was not. There was only one person in line when we got there. We stood in line for about 5 minutes and the line got longer. I was wondering why only have 2 employees working during the busiest time in the evening. All of a sudden 3 employees decided to come from the back to help customers and open another window. They have a sign stating masks are required, yet 2 people who were maskless were allowed to place their order in the window. The person also sneezed and her germs could have easily landed on someone's cone. Why have signage up about guidelines if you are not abiding by it. Moving on, I ordered a waffle cup and was given a waffle cone instead. I stated "i ordered a waffle cup and you gave me a cone, but it's okay". The cashier replied "I heard cone". I replied "I said cup" and continued to pay. They asked me to sign the machine with my finger since I used a card, however the device looked as if it hasn't been cleaned or wiped down in months. I asked for my receipt and the name on top showed Natalie who in my opinion needs more training in customer service. Needless to say, my desire for a sweet treat will be satisfied by Cold Stone...
