The mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado blew my expectations out of the water! The colorful houses that line the Main Street draw you in and the plentiful hiking and biking trails in the area keep you coming back! Plus it’s the wildflower capital of Colorado! Here are my top things to do in Crested Butte: ⛰ Grab coffee at @camp4coffee ⛰ Biking around town (our bikes were complimentary from our stay at @cristianaguesthaus) ⛰ Shopping on Elk Street ⛰ Grab a sandwich from @franksdeli.crestedbutte (you won’t regret this one) ⛰ Hike at Snodgrass trail and Brush Creek Trail (wildflowers peak on July on these trails) ⛰ Admire the views from Oh Be Joyful recreation area ⛰ Drive Kebler Pass (only in summer) ⛰ Dinner at the @secretstashcb Pizza ⛰ Dessert at Sugar Sugar for donuts and ice cream Who is ready to plan a trip to Crested Butte?? #crestedbuttecolorado #crestedbutte #coloradosummer #visitcolorado #coloradomountaintown #coloradoroadtrip #coloradohikes #coloradomountains #visitcrestedbutte

Thank You for the best 15th Wedding Anniversary Dinner Ever! I am on a ski trip to Crested Butte, CO from Louisiana. My Husband and I wanted a romantic/ Fun dinner after a wonderful Ski Day. So, I placed my name with the host for a 1.5 hour wait. Then we walk in the snow on Main Street/ Downtown for a cute shopping experience. As we approached the table a waiter placed water, chips, and 3 types of homemade salsa on the table. Each dip was a balance of unique sweet and spicy favors. I was warned by the wait staff that the yellow pineapple salsa was the hottest. My server suggested some cocktails of the evening. We decided on the top shelf margaritas on the rocks. The top shelf margaritas were strong but sweet, the bar keep has mastered their margarita recipe. We were very hungry after our walk. So, we ordered the table side Guacamole and Queso Blanco right away. Which was a great choice! Also, the Shrimp Fajitas had the juiciest pop in your mouth shrimp, that I have ever tasted. Don’t forget to stop by the host to get some great souvenirs. I purchased the black/red mermaid Bonez shirt, and a grey Bonze hat. I could not believe this small town has the most fanatic work staff from the front of the house Manager to the chiefs. This restaurant has a great program to reward their teammates. If you tip the minimum of $500 the owner will match your tip, WOW. It was well worth it keep up the great work! I am the first to ring the Tip Bell for January 2022!

As a Texan, I'm typically a little leary about Mexican food north of Lubbock. And as a coastal Texan, I definitely question shrimp this far from the coast. But these shrimp tacos! I would hands down not question ordering these again. Look at the size of those shrimp!! Was not expecting that at all. The sauce on these tacos had a slight kick although I'm not sure if it felt spicier because my lips were a bit dry. But nothing most couldn't handle, had a great flavor. 3 tacos was very filling for a bigger guy. I'd also had chips and queso. (Not pictured) The decor in the restaurant aligned with the name of the establishment and was interesting to look around at the tall ceiling and decorations throughout. The food obviously was amazing but If I wasn't hungry and just wanted a tasty margarita this would be the spot to get one. The list of different Margs made the decision more difficult but was pleased with my selection of a spicy margarita. The bartender Sophie was phenomenal and gave great recommendations. Fellow Texans or from any state looking for some great shrimp tacos should stop in and try these with a margarita of your liking.

Listen I get hard times, COVID, new ownership, etc…but Sean with 2 n’s needs to learn a thing or two about accommodation. At 2:20 on a Wednesday we asked the host for outdoor seating for 11 and we’re told 40 minutes. An hour later we were seated…or not…11 people CANNOT sit at those outdoor tables…neither can 8. So host person….you need to learn a thing or two as well. When we inquired about more space Seann said “well do you want this table or not or you’ll have to sit inside” (we had two dogs so we couldn’t go inside). He did bring out a chair for one end of the table. So 8 people in our party sat at that table and the rest sat on a bench with the dogs. About 5-7 minutes later TWO tables in Sean with 2 n’s section opened up…he could have put forth the effort to accommodate us…if we were all white, wealthy women or men he may have, but we weren’t, so he didn’t. We’ve been vacationing in CB for years and have family who have a house since 94. Bonez is a place we frequent often…and will continue to as long as Sean with 2 n’s isn’t our server….the remaining 3 people and 2 dogs who could not be seated asked for a table and we’re immediately seated in Abbey McGee’s section, she deserves 5 stars!!!! She was super accommodating and exceptional and had all her tables with customers…no excuses coming from her…the 3 of us actually ordered and ate before the rest of my family in Seann’s section even received their food. Bonez you can do better…you have done better. Stop with...

We ate here on Labor Day Weekend, the food was good, the vibe and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the service was not good and what happened afterwards was unacceptable, let me explain. We received our food before our drinks, the server was very short with us, barely any communication, we didn't even feel like asking for anything, when our drinks were served to us, he put the drinks down so fast and it walked away without even making eye contact. I felt that a tip was not justified as a result of our poor service, so I did not tip. He gave us the check which was a QR code and I paid using the QR code prior to leaving. 2 days after I noticed our bill was charged higher than we originally paid. I called the restaurant and explained what had happened, and apparently they had added a tip after I had paid, which makes no sense because I did not ad a tip to the bill. The person I spoke with about this said that it our bill said that it was take, which was not true, we dined-in. He said he would refund me to tip and guess what? its been 10 days since No refund. Im writing this to hopefully help the next person, make sure they ring up your card before you leave and don't pay with QR code, and monitor your credit card account or bank account if paying with debit. Like I said that's unacceptable and...
