Lokal Stays is nothing short of professional. This is by far the best client service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I used Lokal Stays full interior design services on my North Los Angeles, CA property and it was worth every penny. Mariah and her team handled my property with care and put significant thought into my design. She truly brought my vision to life even to the tiniest detail. Her and her team went above and beyond by, not only setting up my place to my liking, but they also set up all my short term leasing platforms and handled my first couple of bookings as a curtesy. They have disconnected/changed their phone number after I completed cleaning services on some Oklahoma City Airbnbs they oversee. I completed great cleaning services for them since November 2022 and they, out of nowhere, didn't want to work with me anymore. Which is perfectly fine... But, pay me what y'all owe me for the work I completed. From the reviews, it looks like they do shotty business. I didn't mind working with them but they got a new contact person and I believe her name is Rachel ... She is rude and is the reason I no longer provide services for them. They had set pricing and didn't compensate for extra work that needed to be done. I agreed to that and had a set price for every time a guest checked out. I will gladly work this out if they reach out to me and pay me. It is not good business to not pay the final bill and to change your number. They have an outstanding balance of $125 from FEBRUARY and they also owe me $135 for a cleaning fee from an Airbnb turnover and $50...

Worst place do not use them they are bunch of rip off artists we booked one night the faucet was broken took pictures sent them to them and still was charged for this oh and on top of everything they didn’t want to take my calls so they blocked me on everything and the reply the leave is priceless I wish you could see what part the faucet that broke I am telling you these people are the worst the say they have inspections but yet look at all the reviews that say the house is nasty or these places aren’t worth the money stay in a better place.
