I’m a new content creator. Literally went here last night after seeing a flyer and a TikTok. I’ll start this out by saying I always wear heels (but I couldn’t this time because of my recent surgery). My friend had on heels and I didn’t. We saw the flyer and decided to check out this spot. Keep in mind the flyer didn’t say anything about heels. They told me I couldn’t get in because I had on flats & the security officer proceeded to talk about the flats I had on with other distasteful remarks. While waiting on our ride back, other women with tennis and regular flat boots were let in the club. We also saw women walking out with tennis shoes on. This was very unfair. I pulled up to the front to Valet, and asked the attendant if this was valet for Stars and Spirits. He said yes, and had on the valet attire. I paid him and he parked my car. I get a notice in the mail 2 weeks later for a hefty fine for non-payment. Turns out, the valet attendant that you allow to sit in front of your establishment is a scammer. This falls on you as an establishment to ensure every aspect of your business integrity is upheld. Not cool. What if this MF-er had stolen my $140,000 Mercedes? We didn't know there was a minimum to get the table. They made us send them $300 to reserve the table, and we were told that we this $300 will take out from the bill. Our table had a minimum to spend only $700, which we ordered 2 bottles of graygoose. Each bottle was $350, so we had to order 2 bottles, but the bill came out almost $900 without the explanation on the slip. I also gave a tip of another 20%, and we did not get those $300 back when we had to zelle to reserve the table. So make sure everything before make the reservation to this place if you never been...
