Wholly Smoke Bar-Q(TAKE-OUT ONLY) — Restaurant in Dania Beach

I have had some BBQ in my day and nothing, and I mean nothing, approaches the taste and texture of Wholly Smoke BBQ.

I catered a lunch for my office staff and colleagues of 16 people, and dealing with the owner Phara was such a pleasure. Planning the event was simple and easy. I told Phara what I wanted - sliced brisket, pulled pork, and St. Louis ribs - Phara suggested the sides to go along with the entrees and voila it was done.

In sum, the food was beyond delicious, the staff punctual, reliable, and courteous in making the delivery to my office, and what really blew my mind, the price was incredibly affordable, which I was able to pay online. The best deal on four wheels.

Great pork ribs! Probably best in South Florida. Spoke with the gentleman pitmaster and this is their commissary location (business park, not restaurant), hence it is only takeout. They do a lot of markets and events but all the cooking is done at this location. They take the craft seriously. If you want to pick up some back door bbq with some real flavor go here. They take card but appreciates cash. I think they also are on the delivery apps....
