Napoli pizza — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

We ordered pizza for pickup.. a large cheese and a Sicilian Deluxe pizza with olives on half. The promise time was not promised (got a notification it was ready, but indeed it wasn’t and we waiting another 10 mins). My husband stated that the associates were arguing over something. Pretty sure we didn’t get a large cheese either. We get back to our hotel and see that there is onions on the pizza.. the description on their website nowhere had onions listed as a topping. When I called to request a new pizza to be made the girl told me “nope, sorry, it was made like it was ordered, it didn’t say no onions” but referenced they saw the olives on half. When I went to explain to her that we didn’t put no onions as a request, was because there wasn’t onions listed as a topping! She preceded to hang up on me before I could tell her that. After multiple attempts of calling them back and trying to explain that to them and asking for them to just remake it they told me to call back in 5 mins. I ended up chatting with customer service through the slice app, the third party company that they use to place online orders. The end result was that they would remake the pizza but I had to bring back that old one. They could’ve saved me a LOT of time and headache if they would’ve agreed to this in the beginning. When I asked for just a refund they refused. Well I don’t trust them to not do anything to the food after all the problem they gave me. We kept the pizza but didn’t eat a piece of it. We instead ordered from Fratellis. The pizza was fantastic and even asked us to look at it and confirm everything was right. Walked in and started to look at their eyesore menu display and was rushed to order, we ordered a large cheese pizza, some wings and two pepsi cans. The cans are kept in a room temperature fridge so by the time your food is ready the pepsi cans are warm forcing you into asking for a cup with ice, but come to find out they charge you $1.00 for ice, now you’re paying 2.75 for a can of pepsi. While we sat and waited we were called up to the counter to let me know my food was almost ready, as I waited other customers were standing behind me and the little girl who was taking orders rudely asked me to move out of the way so she can take orders even though they called me up to the counter and her register was on the other end. Why would I get up to be told move out of the way.. she didn’t even ask politely and was very snobby about everything. I will never set foot in this horribly ran establishment. Then people wonder why no one supports small businesses. It starts with customer service. By the time my food was ready I had to carry the hot tray myself to the table cause they didn’t even have the courtesy to bring it themselves and without plates. I was almost scared to ask for plates hoping they wouldn’t charge me for them. This place needs new employees and...

This pizza is actually pretty good. Small, but good. We asked that the crust be crispy but it was still soft. So much so, we had to hold it with both hands. There's room for growth in executing an order accordingly as well as customer service in general. Staff not so friendly, owner was rude, because when the staff asked if it would be "for here or to go" my husband said "to go", but we ended up eating there, not knowing we would eat it all. We only ordered a med pizza and that only comes with 3 average size pizza slices, not a NY size slice.
