Corvus Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Denver

We came to this location of Corvus because of the Red Sun Geshas coffee tasting set. It's a 3 set of different coffees for $29.

Parking outside is on the street. Coming in, the store is located within a nice apartment building it seemed. They have a variety of different seating options, a fire place, and a clean bathroom.

There is one server working when we came in. Her name is Micky, she was helpful and patient in guiding us towards which coffee/pastry to get. She also guided us on the coffee set, and brought it to where we were sitting.

The interior is very cool and would be a sweet spot to return with a book or to journal. The latte was great but neither my friend nor I liked the chai. Batch brew on par with other good local roasters just more expensive. One cup of coffee to go, an oat milk latte, and a dirty oat chai set us back $27 including tip. So glad Corvus is adding new locations! This is a such a lovely spot to hang out, grab a drink to go, or work! Corvus shares this space with the lobby of an apartment building which works out great, more space and great aesthetics.
