This has been my go-to Thai place for about a year and a half...but unfortunately not any longer. I haven't been in about 3 months due to money problems and eating at home but was finally able to eat out last weekend and after sitting down and seeing the prices on the menu I about fell out of my chair. Most of the menu has been increased by $4-5. The food is good but drunken noodles for $16 plus a price increase if you want to add meat? Chicken does not cost an extra $2-3 to add to that dish, especially for the amount they give you! And also especially not when the dish is already $16! I understand an upcharge for seafood and maybe even steak. But chicken? Most places don't charge extra for chicken, period. Tasty Thai has always done that though, charged extra for chicken on top of the price, but $13.95 with chicken is a LOT different than $18+. Even the apps saw a ridiculous increase. I got chicken egg rolls. I was given 2 for $7. That is $3.50 EACH. They are NOT worth that. I understand that the economy is rough right now but the increase of these prices is a joke. It is STEEP and SHOCKING. The only thing that changed was the prices. Not the quantity or quality of food. And if I'm honest, it's not worth it. I'm sad but they have priced out a formerly loyal customer. The location, the decor, and the food are not worthy of what they are charging....

Ordered takeaway food with a friend and were moderately pleased with our order. Our order was complete and marked well. We had several mains including a chicken pad thai, curry, and drunken noodles with chicken. I ordered a side of sticky rice (pictured) with the drunken noodles. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the serving size of the rice. For $4 I had expected a more decent sized serving of rice and would not have ordered it had I realised what I was paying for. The chicken pad thai had a good level of spice (medium) but did not taste like a classic pad thai. It was good, in its own way. The curry was our most highly rated dish, full of flavour, spice, and chock full of veggies as well. The drunken noodles were also delicious; however, these were ordered with medium spice and did not seem to have any spice at all, particularly relative to the pad thai. Overall, would order again but would save the money on the sticky rice and perhaps ask for a higher spice level...

I have been ordering takeout from them for 3 years. The last two times I’ve called in to order, the associate Gin has answered and provided terrible customer service: her phone etiquette is rude and impatient, she is short, and this last time hung up on me because I asked if she had teriyaki chicken. When I called back and asked why she decided to hang up, she simply responded because they don’t have teriyaki chicken — absolutely unacceptable. The food quality has also gone down hill l: their veggie egg rolls are swimming in grease, the crab cheese wontons are over fried, and everything is cooked at the same VERY spicy level. I will not be returning to this restaurant again as there are plenty of other fabulous Thai restaurants in Denver. This is such a shame that their staff’s service and their food quality have both taken a total landslide. I do not recommend this...

Road construction on Colfax has been ongoing for what feels like forever. Being a 2 year plan I worry about local small businesses on the street. Parking can be precarious and it can feel a little dangerous, but mostly it’s fine. This Thai places is one of my favorites on the block. They also have sushi. Try the pad Thai and the chicken satay both would def recommend. #lunchontherun #restaurantsoncolfax #supportlocal #denver #constuctionzone #thai #food #restaurantreview #padthai #foodie

I loved the Drunken Noodle dish from Tasty Thai. Soooo flavorful! And it was actually Thai Hot! I got the boba Thai iced tea too. It tasted good, but they gave me a normal straw instead so of a boba straw. The boba was a bit off too. Probably won’t get the boba again. Can’t wait to come back!!! 2nd experience- Was not the best. Mostly Grubhub’s fault, but someone from the restaurant called me to say they forgot to put half of my order in the bag…. Offered a store credit and said they were too busy. If you’re so busy that you can’t deep fry some tenders and box them up then I probably won’t be back. I could care less if you’re busy. I expect the same quality of service
