Starbucks — Restaurant in Denver

Well I usually don't do this but I was totally taken back by the way I was treated. I had was riding a scooter and so they have a window you can walk up to and I ordered one of their seasonal drinks and breakfast sandwich. I believe her name was Shannon or Shana but I'm not sure she had glasses and pink hair die in her hair . She acted as If me walking up to the window was a complete inconvenience to her and several times during our transition she literally rolled her eyes . If It wasn't for the fact I was short on time I would have went somewhere else and canceled the order. I had ask her about what was in a apple maciooto and she replied " it's literally written right there " and she pointed to the menu that I couldn't see due to the time of day and the sun was glaring off of it . And then she shut the window and came back 1 min later and took my order and when she handed me the coffee I ordered it seemed Ike there was a Crack in the cup she argued with me and told me no its just over spill from pouring the drink in so she handed me napkins so as I was walking away I realized yes there was a huge Crack in the cup plastic cup she handed me and it had been spilling slowing down my leg where my phone was at ans into my phone. So long story short phone had to be replaced cause it was sticky in the charging port. And I had to throw the drink away after I barely drank it and she was so incredibly rude I can't believe they have her dealing...

I hate to leave this review as the girl who was at the window was very sweet, but whoever was behind her making drinks and taking drink orders was incredibly rude, asked for a London Fog Tea iced and she said it take 5 mins to steep, which I was fine with, but that the black tea would taste almost identical and not have to take as long. I just said sure bc she made me feel like I was being a hassle and then she proceeded to rush me through the rest of my order. They weren’t busy even in the slightest and the black tea does not taste almost identical. I drive for a living and sometimes I need a pick me up. At 10-4 time around 4:30 to 5.pm I stopped for lunch. Not having been to Speer Starbucks before I order my coffee. Was told we'll bring it out to you so I sat and waited. Two drive thoughts and over 8 red light changes and then my name is called. Yay lunch can begin. I try my doughnut then my coffee. Coffee is gross. I push thought. Thinking it's the beans. I took longer on my lunch to go to another Starbucks to ask them to fix it.
