The blonde dude with the beard was an absolute jerk. Considering this location is in a hospital, it could be expected that you'll get the occasional individual with teary eyes in need of a napkin that'll come through. Well this was the case today (Feb 22, 2018). I'm here to support my friend and her mother in a time of need. While my friend was privately talking to a nurse, her mother and I went to sit down by the subway to talk and hopefully lighten the mood a bit. Well, naturally, she ended up tearing up. I walked over to ask for a napkin, and this dude had the audacity to tell me, with an attitude, that they'll be $5 a piece, and followed up by shrugging me off. Now I know Subway doesn't like giving out their extra napkins for whatever reason, but that is just unacceptable. My friends mother came to ask for one herself, in which his response was, again in an attitude, "Hold on a minute until I'm finished with these people who are actually paying customers." That's paraphrased, but you get the point. Don't get me wrong, I can certainly understand how a 30 year old dude can be frustrated because he made some wrong decisions throughout his life and is still working fast food, but that does not justify treating anybody the way he did. ESPECIALLY when those people have spent the last 9 hours at the hospital to be with their daughter/best friend. Absolutely inexcusable. I hope to hear back about this issue, because if this gentleman isn't condemned for his actions, subway can kiss all future business from me and...
Read moreThis place sucks, especially if you’re dealing with the overnight crew. I ordered my food through the SUBWAY® mobile app, everything seems to be fine Intel I went to pick up my food. First off I ordered a foot-long, they tried to give me a 6 inch. I told the lady behind the counter excuse me ma’am, I ordered a foot-long not a 6 inch. She started coughing up an attitude trying to make me feel like I’m the incompetent one. I then pulled out my phone pulled up electronic Receipt and showed it to her. I then double down pulled the main receipt off the subway bag and pointed out that I order a foot-long not a 6 inch. The lady started becoming more and more hostile. As she began making the other half of my sub, I pointed out one last thing Ma’am, if you take a look at the receipt, I ordered a deluxe sub which means I’m supposed to have 50% more meat. As you built the first half of my sub did you incorporate the 50% more meat? She started yelling at me telling me she doesn’t have to make the rest of my sub and she can refuse service. I told her do what you have to do, we wouldn’t be in this boat If you would’ve just took the time and read the order properly the first time. I ended up getting my foot-long but without the deluxe...
Read moreWhoever was working May 25th at 4:00 am—I placed an order with Uber Eats and when the driver arrived she notified me that my order had already been taken by someone else. I asked her if they were going to remake the order and she said they said no they will NOT remake it. I called the restaurant about ten times back to back and no one answered. I asked the driver to tell them that THEY are liable for my food being taken and it is their responsibility to make sure the order goes to the correct courier. My driver had to contact Uber and have them cancel the order from their end because they were being so uncooperative. As soon as I went to reorder the food they immediately turned off their availability on Uber Eats so they did not have to remake the food. I realize no one cares about customer service anymore so I will take this to the corporate level if I do not receive a response...
