THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER AT A SANDWICH SHOP. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I never have bad experience at restaurants but this place changed that. I placed my order and left a generous tip, I got my drink and chips and waited 25 minuets watching other customers get their orders. When I approached the counter to ask about my order I was completely ignored for 5 minutes by 3 inept clueless dweebs that could not have managed their way out of a dark room. Finally i got the attention of dweeb #3 and asked very politely about my order. He said he did not know anything about it as dweeb #2 had taken my order. Dweeb #3 then proceeded to tell me he "did not have a ticket". I told them they could keep it and walked out without my order or a refund. I figured between the 3 dweebs they could not handle something as complicated as that. To sum it up these three losers could not have done a worse job of handling the operation of the store. When we arrived, there was no clear signage indicating where to place an order, so we waited in line behind several customers at the register. While we were standing directly in front of the counter, two other customers walked in after us and were immediately served—despite the fact that we had been waiting longer and were visibly in line.
When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told we weren’t in the correct line—even though we were standing exactly where the previous customers had been helped. To make matters worse, we were then informed they could not take our order at that time due to an influx of online orders. Rather than working to accommodate us or offering a reasonable wait time, the staff essentially told us they could not help us and left us with no option but to leave.
This experience demonstrated a lack of organization, poor communication, and very little regard for in-person customers. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for...
Read moreManager was incredibly rude to me about a replacement sandwich. Told me he did not care if he was being kind to me or not he was just trying to make the sandwich they “supposedly” messed up. Treated me like i was just trying to get a free meal at one point interrupted me and said if i didn’t stop talking he’d never be able to make my sandwich because i kept trying to tell him what ingredients i didn’t want because “ i was the one who called him on a busted broken up phone line so there was no point in me acting frustrated with him”. At one point he asked me if was done talking yet and if i had said everything i felt like i needed to say when i was literally just trying to repeat my CORRECT sandwich. Condescending and honestly talked to me like i was 3 years old.
