Worst customer service ever. Employee's don't care at all about the customer (saw an employee give a customer another customer's food for carry out and act like the other customer shouldn't have been upset to wait for her food to be made again). The food is mediocre at best: I ordered the spinach dip with the chips, riblets, and chicken tortilla soup; the chips were stale and tasted like they had been sitting and collecting all the flavors of the kitchen air, the riblets were cold when I got them and the fries tasted like they had also been sitting out; they told me I could not get any soup to go (as i watched another customer being rang up for her soup to go and receive it). They never answer the phone when I try and call my order in ahead. If you go in to order carry out and they tell you 20 min, plan to wait an extra 20 min for your food to account for them playing around. I've spoken to multiple people who have deterred their entire floor at work from even go there. I've also been warned by people who had dined in, not to even waste my time.... I've tried this location 4x now and this is my last time I will be going, since I've already placed my order otherwise I'd leave now.... Read moreThe food was descent but if you are going for customer service, it's non-existent. I stood in line to place an order 12 mins before anyone even said "hello" or "one moment". Everyone walked around like me and the other guests were not there. As I am placing my order a guest walks up in front of me and starts talking to the cashier. She starts taking care of that guest. So I waited another 6 minutes for her to return. She never said "excuse me" or "one moment please". The whole experience took over 1 hour and 20 mins.
I am one of few business travelers traveling during this time. If there were more food options, I would have eaten elsewhere. This experience was simply a customer service issue that could have been handled differently. If waiting is necessary, I don't mind the wait, if it is handled properly. I do not take the attitude that "it's all about me" but I deserve to be respected as a customer. A customer-focused training is the order of the day.
Please care about your customers. None of the restaurants in the GM building was open. That means your restaurant have a capital chance to sustain when most have no revenue stream.

When I came in here I ordered a stack of pancakes ( I called a half hour before and the woman who answered the phone told me that the price of the stack of pancakes was $5) after I got there the Waiter change it and said the price was $7. Then he asked what was it that I was ordering I said "A stack of pancakes" he said "That's all?" he seemed annoyed that it was the only thing that I ordered so he asked again "Are you sure that's all you will be ordering today?" I said "Yes" he grabbed the menu up from the table and walked away. I guess he was expecting some huge pay off but all I wanted was a stack of pancakes. I didn't see a problem with that, it was my choice. The moment that I was done eating he picked up the dishes fast as if he were rushing me out of there.
