I ordered 8 pizzas which totaled over $180. The manager said he would have it delivered within an hour. The pizzas were delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes and most of the pizzas were cold. I assumed that the pizzas were cold because they were sitting around for a long time before they delivered. After biting into some of the pizzas we realized that they were undercooked. We could tell that the dough on some of the pizza’s were raw in the center. Once we saw this no one would eat the pizzas.
We called the store immediately and asked for them to either remake the pizzas or refund the money. The manager argued with me and said there was no way they arrived cold. I told him that people would not eat the pizza and if they wanted to pick it up so they could see that the pizzas were not cooked all the way through. He did not want to look at the pizza but he proceeded to tell me that the order was too big and that I should have put the order in the day before so that they could have prepared better. He said that the store too busy with other orders and that’s what effected the quality of the pizza. I asked him if he would like to remake the pizzas or refund me the money and he told me the best that he could do is to give me 10% off of our next order. I notified Jet’s Corporate about the issue and they are reaching out to the branch but they said it is ultimately up to the branch to make the situation right. It’s been a week and I still have not gotten a response from the branch or corporate.
I would not order from this branch. The pizzas that they delivered were not edible and the fact that they were not cooked all the way is a serious health concern. So my husband calls to give them the information and was greeted by a very impatient staff member. He tried to give her a reference number and explain that he was unable to put his card information on the online order. He gave her his name and she could not locate the order. He again asked her if she wanted the reference number. She declined. He gave her the email attached to the order. She still had difficulty locating the order and he again asked if she wanted the order reference number. When she was finally able to locate the order, he paid, repeating the card number twice. He was told that it should be delivered within 40 minutes. After waiting an hour and. 15 minutes, with no pizza in sight, he called back. He asked why the pizza had not been delivered yet. After having difficulty locating the order again, she informs him that they do not deliver in the area. Even though the website directed him to this location for delivery. He asked why no one had called to inform him. She very rudely responded that they we're very busy. She then proceeded to offer to refund the money, as if she was doing him a favor, instead of what she was legally obligated to do. It makes me wonder if she would have refunded the money at all if he had not called back. Although the delivery order could have been stopped when the order was originally placed or when he called to give payment information or in the hour and 15 minutes before he called back, they felt that it was completely acceptable to neglect a customer and and the family he was trying to feed, which included children. Disgracefully poor customer service and business practices. THIS REVIEW IS ZERO STARS FOR THE AMOUNT OF PIZZA AND BASIC RESPECT...
Read moreVisiting from out of town, staying at motor city hotel! First, the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude! Made me feel as if I disrupted her coffee break! The order was simple; large pepperoni pizza, add bacon and green peppers! When I received my order (45 minutes later) after I was initially quoted 15-20…. I noticed that there was no bacon on the pizza… I immediately called back to inform them that the pizza was made Incorrectly. (With an attitude), I was put on hold for approximately 2 minutes, the receptionist then returned to the call, informing me that the pizza will be remade, and delivered! After another 45 minutes of waiting, a 3rd party delivery company called me saying JETS PIZZA told them that my initial complaint was that the pizza was delivered too cold….. dazed & confused, I told the delivery person that the complaint was not on the delivery, but on JETS PIZZA!!!! Long story trimmed, a new pizza was delivered, this time, it had the bacon, but lacked the bell peppers!!! AND YOU CAN TELL IT WAS INTENTIONAL!! See attached photo!!! Like, I was soooo upset, I threw the entire pizza away….. $33.00 down the drain… I WILL NEVER ORDER FEOM JETS AGAIN… this was so intentional and deliberate…. There’s no telling what else was done to this pizza!!!!!
