Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

I went today August 12 2025, to Papa Johns Restaurant #2882 located in 11989 South Apopka Vineland Road Suit Orlando Fl 32836-7025, to redeem a Fetch e-gift card. From the moment I entered with my husband, the employee, Michael, treated me very rudely, with a look of hatred and contempt. I asked him why he was treating me so rudely. He disgustingly told me he had never seen the Fetch app. I took a receipt from my bag and showed him what Fetch was and why I had earned that card by accumulating points for uploading my purchase receipts. He continued harshly and disgustingly, speaking as if it bothered him that I was Latina. He demostrates hate all the time. I asked him to explain how I could order a chicken and vegetable pizza, and the hostile and very agitated man showed me a piece of paper with the menu. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this comment and checks the camera. In the end, he sarcastically and mockingly gave me the pizza and wished me good afternoon. I remained silent and saddened by his mocking attitude. The pizza had almost no chicken or vegetables. He made it poorly. The white employee with light eyes and a cream-colored shirt named Michael doesn't know how to deal with people and seems racist. In the end, I blessed him because I'm a Christian and I know God is just. Please talk to him to chage his bad behavior. He has hate in his heart and that's not good to the people and bad to Cook...

Stopped in to this location after work to pick up an online order and was totally shocked to see workers handling food without gloves!! If you walk into the lobby you can see a prep area to the far left of their work area. One employee grabbed chicken wings that weren't yet prepared with his bare hands from a container or something. Another employee to his right had an uncooked pizza that he was holding with no gloves and and I literally watched him dig into a container of what I assume was cheese 2+ times. I was so disgusted and outright staring. My shock comes from the fact that there were over 10 employees in the small work area and no one said anything to them. You can really only assume they weren't trained properly or that's accepted by managers considering they work in such close quarters. A manager who had noticed me staring then said something to the worker still touching the pizza and the worker actually looked confused as to what he was doing wrong.... Seriously disgusting and a violation of your customers rights. Pretty sure that is violating many codes and I will definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow so they can look into...

I'm never ordering Papa John's again. I ordered a "Deal", which included one large specialty pizza and one two topping large pizza. I chose the Barbecue chicken pizza on thin crust for the specialty and peperoni/sausage for the second pizza with garlic stuffed crust. As I was observing the order status, the baking time seemed very short, based on my previous orders. Also, working in food service I know they typically use a conveyor belt type oven. Well, when we received the pizza, they were luke warm and something seemed off. The barbecue chicken pizza seemed burnt and the garlic stuffed crust pizza was very chewy. My family was so hungry we went ahead and ate it. I realized that whoever made the pizzas was too lazy to put the garlic stuffed crust pizza in another time through the conveyor oven to cook completely. It made my Wife and I sick. To be fair, the general manager reached out to offer "50%" off my next order which cost almost $70, for two pizzas! Honestly, I've had better pizza from Wawa and way cheaper. Another thing, they charge for all the sauces now and the Garlic butter sauce just tastes like soybean oil. Way overpriced and low...
