The last two times I visited I ordered wheat bread loud and clear but they gave me white bread. (I know how to order because I used to work there) When I say "they" I mean Marvin (the "manager ") purposely put French bread instead of Honey Wheat on my sandwich because he took my order the last two times (every single other person who has ever rang me up gets it right). He doesn't repeat the order back like he trains people to do, if he was unsure whether I said "wheat or white" he knows I usually only get WHEAT but I'm also pretty sure he's got a grudge against me for quitting because he's petty like that. When I turned my uniform in and picked up my last paycheck he ignored me when I asked about my 25$ in cash tips. His assistant manager/fiance tried asking him but he also walked past her and completely ignored her. I love the food but the management and service is meh 50/50 it's no wonder why they go through so many employees. Next time I'll be quadruple checking to make sure Marvin puts my sandwich down with WHEAT bread instead of French bread because the sandwich maker only makes what's up on the order so it's not really their fault when the cashier rings it up wrong. Very unprofessional and petty on Marvin the Managers part but otherwise amazing job to Jamie who makes the best...
Read moreWent there on January 10th 2025 a brand new guy stated it was his first day was on the cash register by himself and when he went to get the manager Jamie for help she had an attitude and yelled to the front of the store towards me about she doesn't care that I save money or something along those lines then came up and complained that I would only be saving a certain amount of change if she rang up the meal as a meal instead of separately and I said well money is money and she said yep and you're wasting our money and then got pissy and eventually deleted the order and remade it and had an attitude as she walked away didn't want to help the new guy didn't want to help a customer extremely lazy then I called the store to find out her name knowing that she would answer since she did not have a name tag or anything on and when she answered I got her name and I said okay thank you and hung up the phone she then proceeded to blow my phone up multiple times from erbert's and gerbert's landline and actually was stupid enough to leave me a voicemail that is absolutely nuts your customer service sucks Excuse the grammar I utilized...
Read morelove coming here during late nights when i don't want to make food myself, but tonight i was a bit disappointed with the service.
i had my friend order for me while i was standing to the side, and he was asked twice (since he was getting food himself) if we wanted the chips and a drink with the "pick two" deal, he said no twice, yet we were charged anyway and didn't know that we were charged until asked if we had gotten them yet. we took the drinks and chips because i get that refunding is a pain to do, but was frustrating nonetheless.
also, staff needs to turn the music down, i should not have to yell while being almost right next to the staff at the register several times to be able for staff to hear me. clearly the music is too loud if you can't hear an order correctly and need to go "huh? what?"...
