Has been a local favorite date spot for my husband and I for a year or two now, but was very disappointed with our visit on Saturday 4/15/23. Took 15 minutes + for a server to acknowledge us, and the food quality seems to have taken a turn for the worst. We both ordered our favorite, the SW Burger, and were disappointed to find that 1) our burgers didn't even fill the bun, were cooked nearly black with burnt crisp cheese over the sides, 2) the bacon was cooked rock hard, and 3) the green chilies were quite flavorless. The onion rings were fine, the fries were meh, and the tiny plastic cup beers that we spent $6 each on were good, but definitely not worth $6. While we love the view, I doubt we'll be back again.

Food was just "EH...😕" Waitress was decent until the food arrived, then she disappeared to hang out with other servers. Great outdoor deck seating overlooking the street with the mountains in the background. Wasnt any live music playing at the time, but seems to be a huge hit with the locals when thereis. Close to other shops, hotel and the Durango Silverton Train Station.

Came here after walking the downtown area of Durango and it was awesome, there was live music, the wait staff was quick with drinks always and a great view of the area from above, we planned on having one drink here and stayed for many. We didn't have any food but what others got looked like good bar food. When I come back to Durango I'll definitely stop by again.

While this bar attracts bands and entertainment, it's really nothing more than your typical dive bar but in a good location (and I mean dive not in the retro sense, but just uncaring and unresponsive staff).

To add on to our experience as 'out-of-towner' guests, I managed to drop my ID from my shorts, and promptly called the business the following day. They confirmed they had my ID "and 60 others" and said they would contact the manager/owner to see if it would be OK to ship the ID to address/name listed on the card. After an additional 2 days, I spoke with a college bro who said "hey dude, I'm busy, but the owner/manager said he shipped it out, and sorry I only work here one day a week." So, after writing this review, I can say that 3 weeks have passed since the confirmation of shipment and no drivers license (ID) has arrived (as well as at least 10+ calls, many of which go to voicemail). While I would love to pick it up in house, I do not live in Colorado.

The way the management/owners run this business is in line with how college/frat parties are conducted. These 'bros' as I would phrase them really don't deserve the business of Durango's locals and its visiting guests. Durango is a fantastic city, and this establishment doesn't deserve a...

My wife and I were visiting our son and his fiancée and came here for lunch on a Friday. It is located on the main downtown street and, you guessed it, is an upstairs establishment. It was a hot day, even at a table under an umbrella. It was busy.

The young female server was very nice and attentive. The women had frozen margaritas and the men had IPAS. The beer was good but the women both said they did not really notice any tequila in them.

A burger, two shrimp dishes, and a chicken sandwich(me) were ordered. The food took unusually long to come out. My wife did not think that she received enough shrimp but enjoyed them. I liked my sandwich and the fries were nicely seasoned and crispy.

Though the table area and bar is not that large, they have a stage for live music. I recommend Balcony...

I have been here before, and it was ok. Today a group of four of us arrived, mid afternoon. Not that busy. The waitresses completely, totally ignored our table-- not even eye contact, nothing. It is as if we were invisible. They did not appear stressed or over extended, and in fact were laughing and joking around with various friends of theirs. Finally, my sister-in-law approached the woman behind the bar and asked if we should place our orders there at the bar. She sullenly said ," We have table service". We sat back down again and waited some more, still being utterly ignored. Finally, we got up and left. On the way out , I told one of these so called servers that it was the rudest place I had ever been in. What did she do? She laughed. Please spare yourselves. ...
