The last two times I've gone one woman in particular is very rude she implied that I was lying for a doordash order to which she had a cook who was in the middle of cooking come out to help with me and other guests. Other door Dashers came in collected their order, when it was time to collect mine they attempted to hand it to me then pulled it back saying can I verify your order, I show her my phone then she hands me my order. I then proceeded to ask did someone think I was lying? 3 People turned around, the manager was standing to the left of me at the register didn't intervene as to why I was the only door Dasher to verify a doordash order. I go back the following day to claim another doordash order the same woman who was extremely rude to me who called the cook from behind the counter to verify my doordash order proceeds to in front of me says to another coworker of hers I don't understand why people are so rude but I guess every job has its corks then looks back at me. I say to her here's my phone so you can verify she waves her hand in a brushing motion as to brush me off and say yeah yeah yeah she'll take care of you. She's rude to me every time I go into McAlister's, so now I don't even go to McAlister's anymore strictly for this employee who made my visit unpleasant to which I will never return to give this company my money. Someone should call corporate on this one woman in particular I didn't catch her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, but both these women were rude in the demeanor of which they talk to me and carried themselves towards me. As someone whom has worked in the fast business 20 yrs should know that a cook, prep cook etc should have their hair tied up, not loosely hanging over her shoulder while they prepare food for guest. Read moreJust had the weirdest experience today, and not in a good way. We waited for our food for about 30 minutes before my husband went and asked if it was almost ready. They told him they were doing the best they could, and they were working on it. So he sat down. At about 45 minutes of waiting I decided to ask again where our food was. She asks for my number, and then said they don’t have my order. They were never making it. They quickly brought it up in the computer, and said they were very sorry and would give us a refund. Then they stated they would make sure to get it started now, and would bring it out as quickly as they could. We sat down, and waited another 20 minutes. At that point a young employee came to our table, with no food, and asked us what we were still doing there and if we were expecting them to make our food. Yes! We were very hungry, and still needEd to eat. They never made our food. No apology from a manager. Basically just expected us to leave. We had to go find another restaurant to eat at since my family still needed to eat lunch. Seriously the worst restaurant experience...
Read moreI’ve been coming here since they opened in Elkhart. Service was always good until a few months ago. I order the same items every time. Chicken Caesar wrap with broccoli cheddar soup. The last 5 times I’ve came the wrap was extra dry and soup was watered down. Placed a order last week. Got back to my shop and my soup wasn’t in there. Was told I was set to go by a young lady in there. I called to complain and she stated my soup had just got done. Went back to pick up the soup. Manager gave me a vip card for a free meal. Used it today and I had the worst experience. There was a very long brown hair on the side of the bowl going into my soup. The wrap shell was all broken up and Crunchy. Called back to let them know. Went back to get food corrected. Got back to my shop half the wrap was full and the other half was flat with hardly nothing in it and very dry. Soup was so watered down it didn’t taste like broccoli at all. After many try’s to get this correct I can say I will not...
