Stopped in here on a Sunday morning and the drive through line was way too long and in to the street, so we decided to just walk in. Was not as bad in there. The person who took or order was nice, but took a while to recognize we were there. Each of us places our own order and we waited. Watching as each person before us received their drink. Then the friend that ordered after me received his drink. We waited, since we could see there were busy and thought it’s got to be coming. After 15 min of waiting from order to asking and seven minutes or so of waiting after my friend received his drink, I walked up and asked what was going on. She looked down and handed it to me. She put it with the mobile orders and never called my name. I asked her why she did that and said just said “I miss read it.” I’d just stay clear of this one. Also, at any Starbucks in the future if you feel like you are waiting too long, I know I will, should have to pay $6 for iced milk, only to have to wait because someone can’t read. Read moreIt's a Saturday morning. The staff here are super nice, frazzled, but genuinely trying to get the orders out. It's VERY, VERY BUSY.
I preordered. I was given a ready time of 10:43. It was 15 minutes after my order time and I'm not used to that, however, I recognized that they're busy. It's now 10:53. I've been here for 25+ minutes waiting on a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich and a cake pop. I already have my drinks. I have been acknowledged twice, once when asking my name and once when giving me my drinks. Since then, nothing. No idea where my food is in line, no idea if I've been forgotten about. This is not the first time that's this has happened at this Starbucks and I am reminded why I frequent other locations. It's sad that the drive thru line has been through many times over, but I preordered and now have been waiting 30 minutes.
Update: My food had been ready for the last 15 minutes. It was just sitting somewhere else because one of the have me my drinks and they were looking for my drinks to go...
Read moreWe have went to this location 2 times for my pickup order they say okay when we tell them at the speak through the drive through then we get to the window and they say they don’t have it. We say what we have and my name again and because they are unclear how to say my first name rather then comparing the order with what they have they just say we don’t have it and then when told again they said ohh well it’s under a different name. No it’s not you just can pronounce it. I think the way they handled it was very poor and they asked for a screenshot of my order and then said we’ll are you sure you ordered it from here. Again questioning it even though they had my order there because they said oh it’s under corrina which is the way they pronounced it. Well my app says corrinia so because of their lack of verification they had poor customer service. Will change...
