Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Estes Park

Most unpleasant experience I've ever had with this establishment. I've been ordering from here since before they changed locations (5+ years) and have never had any issues warrenting a poor review until today. I had ordered one of their deep dish pan pizzas at around 12 PM and didn't get my order until about 1:20 PM. The delivery driver Christopher had told me and I quote "deciding not to pick up your phone huh". I had no missed phone calls and the way he said that felt rude. Once I brought my pizza in to my discovery it was completely undercooked. Nearly half of the cheese wasn't even melted. My girlfriend gives the place a call as I've recently lost my voice to inform them of this. Previously when I've had not so great orders the business would always offer me pizza credit or a refund. Unfortunately this wasn't the case today as they only offered to send another pizza my way. This may be due to new owners taking over in the past month or so changing their refund policies. I'm not sure. I have them send another pizza my way. It's already 1:30 at this point and the 2nd pizza doesn't arrive until about 2:45. This time Christopher decided he would knock on my door as loudly as he possibly could (I have no doubt intentionally). When I answer the door he literally stands there saying nothing. I ask if they would like the 1st messed up pizza back. He mumbles something and shrugs almost to signal no, hands me my pizza and begins walking off. I try to thank him as he ignores me and keeps walking. Again, I thought this was very rude. This 2nd pizza was thankfully edible however was still slightly under baked. I don't think I'll be ordering from them for a while, I'm certainly not happy with the changes that have been taking place since the business has changed hands, and I'm especially not happy with how their driver Christopher acted towards me today. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - wanting something warm late at night so we gave Dominos another chance. Mango habanero chicken wings are still really good. The wings are moist and the sauce has a nice kick. The sizes are really inconsistent but has an even cook.

14" hand tossed pizza was fluffy with an amazing garlic crust. They were much more generous with the toppings! It didn't leave a salty aftertaste like the previous time and has a hint of sweetness from the tomato sauce

Service: N/A - surprisingly busy in the store but they were friendly and efficient

Value for price: 5/5 - cheap, quick, and delicious food. Would definitely do again when the craving hits

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - 8 piece mango habanero wings was pretty good. It looks like they cook the wings the same way then just drench the wings with different sauce based on the flavor. The sauce has a nice kick with some sweetness that we enjoyed 14" hand tossed pizza with sausage, beef, and Philly steak on one side and ham, mushroom, and chicken on the other. The toppings provided was a bit sad but they clearly defined the two sides. The pizza was a bit dry and not much flavor other than saltiness

As someone who just moved here a few months ago to Estes Park I've ordered two other times before tonight and both were decent. Tonight however, was a totally different story. I placed my order online however for some reason my computer screen froze up and I closed out of the order. When I logged back in I made sure that the previous order was not still outstanding in the cart and I replaced my order again. This time, it went through. I will say however the fault was mine for not doublechecking the price which I would normally do, However this time, I did not, and again that's my fault. I guess the delivery person had multiple orders (which mine was one of them) and by the time it finally made it to my house over an hour later, the food was completely cold and greasy, there was duplicate orders of my pizza and chicken wings. When I looked back at my order I was clearly charged for two orders and somehow on their website the first order that didn't go through wasn't deleted on their end even though I made sure it was deleted on my end. So now, not only was I stuck with two orders that were both disgustingly cold, greasy and horrible, I was charged twice even though I clearly deleted the first order that never went thru. Even even though I deleted it, it was somehow added onto the second order. Be careful. It would've been one thing if the food was fresh and warm, but this was cold, greasy and disgusting. Won't be...
