This sub shop left me so disappointed that I became frustrated for the rest of my day. I ordered a cuban for $15, and what I got was just a ham sandwich. Not pressed, no other pork, and spammed with cheap extra yellow mustard. According to this restaurant, the simple ham and cheese sandwich that we all ate as kids is now a $15 exotic cuban sandwich. I’m not a picky eater or some snob but this place is a total rip off, not to mention the extremely long wait for the sandwich. I totally understand working behind the counter and being short staffed or swamped with orders, but the employees were just standing there looking confused. How long does it take to make a sandwich?? I would know because I was a manager at 2 local delis back in Texas. To Management/Owner, please run your restaurant properly, It was a surprise that y’all were out of french bread before lunch even started. To anyone coming here for...

Sadly we were utterly disappointed. The were out of bread, out of cheese and overcharged for their sandwiches. Price wise. Everytime we ordered anything we heard, sorry we just ran out of "that."
In my opinion if you're going to run an independent sandwich shop that's going to cater to tourists, you might want to have something as simple as american cheese, white and/or French bread on hand.
Also the pop machine was out if order and very few drinks were in the cooler. Rather disappointed. I should gave just gone to subway...

Got a fountain soda and no carbonation, they either use poor quality tap water or their soda fountain is dirty because the the soda was flat and tasted horrible like dirty tap water. There are only 4-3 person tables available to eat, not good when it’s 15℉ outside. Their bread is made fresh here. The sandwiches are all $13-15 each plus chips and drink. They are made fresh but bland only w...
