Convenient access next to downtown, lots of awesome businesses including a large Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway, Rocky Mtn Deli (way better than Subway and a local business!), Safeway grocery store, pet store (local, not a chain!), Hallmark Store, Hardware Store, 2 banks, 2 great breakfast places (Notchtop Cafe & Mtn Home Cafe, the only locally owned Pharmacy (Rocky Mtn Pharmacy), laundry mat, real estate office, and a liquor store (Bart's liquor). I have to say I would not waste my time or money...

The little river park is beautiful to stop and rest along with enjoying the river streaming down the walk. Restrooms and benches available right before you start your shopping adventure. Be patient as the traffic is pretty heavy, but worth the wait to get out...
